WNB don’t pick up the phone for you to place A order. You have to go there to just to make a order. Yes W&B I am very disappointed with you guys. We Order a “12” piece chicken tender I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes so we went to food. Depot bought some rice because the rice at WNB is very expensive and they don’t even give you enough rice so when I got home with my kids and my husband I made some fried rice to go with our chicken tenders. I called this restaurant today for a pick up order. I ordered 4 wing combos. I was asked if I wanted drinks. I said let me check and call you back. I called back as I was having a hard time reaching my family. So I said go with the drinks, this totaled to $51.32. I asked how much was each combo and I was told 12.83. By this time I heard back from my family and they said no need to get a drink. So, I called back up there and I said no to the drink and I was told that the new total was $74.04 without a drink. I said that doesn't make sense and to let me speak to a manager. I was told that she was the only one there and did I want to cancel or keep the order. Add an extra half star for customer service for cleanliness and professionalism during Covid19. This is a comparative review. So compared to American Deli which is right around the corner, food is mediocre. I usually get tenders, wings, philly, fries, or salad from either or and America Deli seems to always Taste better. But that’s not to say WNB food is bad. Just not as good as their neighboring competition. BUT WNB has more professionalism, they actually answer the phone (AD never does) and they seem to care more about safety distancing measures during Corona.
