On Saturday I placed a order through clover for food with Tigis. The time they have on there door and the time they have on the app is incorrect. So I never got the food that I paid for because they wasn't open. I reached out to the owner on Sunday which was 9-29-2024 and he said he would give me a call back and refund me my money. He never called back. I left a comment saying how my experience was with this business. He texted me 1am in the morning telling me I was wrong and he work hard to keep his business going....as if I don't work hard for my money as well. All I'm doing is saying how unprofessional he is and the customer service is horrible....(MY EXPERIENCE). I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CALL...AN APOLOGY...OR EVEN A REFUND. HE WONT ANSWER MY CALLS. I NEVER GOT MY FOOD ... WHICH I PAID FOR ONLINE SATURDAY....If you don't want the truth to be told you should operate your business more professionally than what you're doing. No one wants to be taking advantage of. It's bad enough I paid for food that I never received but for you to say you would refund me my money and don't is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Go for Stone Mountain, and stay for Ethiopian coffee and stews.

Honestly, I came to the area to pick up some furniture across the street for my 3yo... but this drive is worth the 30-minute drive.

In my experience, Ethiopian food is always cooked fresh... so everything takes at least 20 minutes to make. Luckily tigi made me a sambusa for free to munch on as I waited.

The beef stew was amazing, the injera was cooked fresh and perfect, and the coffee came with natural gum on hot charcoal which acts as an incense that smells a bit like eucalyptus.

Tigi is a gem.

Don't forget though that this is a catering service that has a food truck! Weddings, birthdays, christenings... don't worry, she can easily handle 300...

Love Loved this place! Atmosphere, food, Service was all amazing!! We got complimentary Veggie Samosas it was my first time trying them and will definitely order them again. I also got the beef Tibs with injera (my go-to) and the flavors of everything was a 10/10. If you ever think about trying Ethopian food highly recommend...
