I placed a mobile order for pick up through drive through. Once I pulled into the drive thru I was told I would have to come inside to pick up my order. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Upon entry, I advised the person at the register I was here to pick up my order and asked for the manager. A taller slender woman with blonde hair came ( no name tag) and I advised her of my complaint. She told me that the location had multiple instances of people stealing food, by claiming other customer's orders falsely. So they decided to require ALL mobile customers to come into the lobby and show proof of their order via app( which she did not say at the drive thru so i had to go back to the car to get my phone). I asked her how is it possible that drive thru mobile orders are going to the wrong car when you have to identify yourself by name. She said that anyone can come in and give initials since they don't have the actual customer names. I asked her why couldn't I just show her my phone via the drive thru window, she said that drive thru orders need to get out quickly. I advised her my order wasn't prepared yet though, so there wasn't any additional time to verify while I waited for my order. She told me my order being ready had nothing to do with it. I asked was it a way they can take the option to place a drive thru order through the app off and she said " we ain't got nothing to do with that app and walked away".When she came back she asked to see proof of purchase and I showed her the PAID order page via the app. She then told me I needed to show her what was actually ordered, but the order was still pending on Wendy's end. She insinuated I didn't pay " did you even pay" very sarcastically. I told her the page just said paid then she said no "its pending" and walked away when she came back she slammed a paid receipt down in front of me which I told her it was paid for when I came in. Again insinuating I lied with no it wasn't. I saw my order pop up on the front order screen with my initials D.C and my first name Diana. So that tells me that my order could've been given to me via drive thru and she just didn't want to for whatever reason. The store seemed appropriately staffed. She them began yelling my order out to the crew ( crew was fantastic by the way) very obviously irritated as she was mumbling something I couldn't make out. I did receive my order and the food was fresh and the gentleman who prepared it was kind, but the person who was managing was awful. I know this is fast food and I'm not expecting charm school etiquette, but I am expecting basic human respect, kindness, and a suitable explanation when accommodations that were available via the app aren't executed at store level. Her attitude was nasty, her appearance was unkempt, and I will not be visiting this location again, and if this is the regular behavior of the leadership at this store, this location will not be in business much longer. I usually don't leave reviews like this, but this isn't the first time I visited this location with this same tall slender built African American woman with the blonde hair was extremely rude and unprofessional but it will definitely be my...
Read moreOmg. I just left this place. We waited in line for about 20 minutes to place our order. The lady at the window was on the phone fussing about the general manager. Therr was a sign on the speaker where you place your order which said No Ice. I thought to myself I can handle my drink with no ice. We ordered 4 of the 4 for 4s with the homemade lemonade as our drink which is an additional fee. We was not given a receipt. We was asked to pull up. We pulled up and waited about another 20 minutes. While we waited Some spiders started crawling on our car and everyone in the car went in a panic. I got out the car and went to the Wendy's window to check on our food. The worker said they are short handed and the general manager left them that way. I told her she should have said something than we could have decided what we wanted to do. I also offered to come in and help fix my food. Shortly after the food was brought to the car. As we drove off I realized the food we had waited on for about 45 minutes now was cold. Wow! I was in the process of dropping my daughter off once we finally left Wendy's. Our original intention was and to take my daughter home and go back to Wal-Mart's to pick up a product I brought. I left Wal-Mart's and started towards this Wendy's at about 9:45pm. Fooling with this Wendy's I didn't get back to Wal-Mart's until 11:20pm. This is ridiculous. I did go back to Wendy's after dropping my daughter off. She literally live about 3 minutes from Wendy's. I took the cold food back to them and I got my $ back. The worker still short changes me. The lemonades were 35 cents extra and we purchased 4. This place has really given me a major migraine and I am still hungry. I called their establishment about 25 times and they refuse to answer their phone. I am extremely frustrated with the whole ordeal so I decided to share my experience. I refuse to allow Wendy's to take from me. So, since I couldn't get them on the phone and I have a major headache this review will be use for me to obtain my remaining funds which are important to me. I am choosing not to eat from this location again. This is beyond poor service. This place need to be shut down. It's always something they are out of. Ketchup! Straws! Workers! U...
Read moreI placed my order thur the mobile app. Went thur the drive thur. Pulled to the speaker. No greeting no nothing he just said one moment. After about 5 mins he came back to the speaker. I let him know I was picking up a mobile order. He tells me all mobile order have to come inside. I let him know the website said I can pick up in drive thur. If I wanted to get out my car. Would have came on the inside. He said well at this location you have to come inside. So I come inside. The first thing I see is employees and their friends siting in the lobby. On top of the tables feet in the chair and on the table. That is so nasty. People have to eat on those tables. I stand at the counter for someone to come take my order. Cashier has his back to me the whole time on the phone. Another employee had to tell him to turn around smh. Not one person has a hair net on braids all down their back. The manager didn't have one on either. The manager is in the drive thur cashing out while the crew is just standing around. I would say they was slow due to staffing but was 12 crew members that I seen alone. I finally receive my order. The fries are cold so I ask if I can have fresh fries please. One of the females crew members walks back in the door didnt wash her hand at all and says I just made those fries. And I let her know I touched them and there cold may I get some fries I don't mind waiting. I open my spicy sandwich its luke warm and the cheese was still cold. I asked could they just make my order over. Now I work I. The restaurant industry as a general manager so I know it takes at lest 6 mins to cook a fresh chicken pattie. Do u think they did that no. The took it off the bun took the cheese off and drop it back in the fryer. The crew members was saying side remakes like I could hear them. The manager is too busy in the drive thur to even care. At this point I just leave. They have no customer service skills. I dont even think retaining them at this point would do any good. They was just extremely rude. Need to hire a new staff and better manager. My sandwich was so hard I could even it. Now if I started to act like them they would be ready to call the cops on me. I will be back to speak to the general manager and the...
