What a horrible experience!! I deliver for door dash.Well, when I got to the speaker box I was asked to wait a minute which turned into 15-20 minutes, so I pulled up to the window which they would have told me to do anyways, when I got to the first window e the employee said I had to pull back around to the dishes box in order to get my orders, I had two orders to pick up, mind you this is going on 30 minutes now. I told him no I was not going back around to that surely nic that I want going to wait another 30 minutes at that box, so I told him I would just pull up to the next window and deal with management. When I got to that window, manager or not I really don't know at this point, I was told I was suppose to go back around to the speaker box and I told him no I want going to do that, that it has now been 40 minutes and it shouldn't have taken me that long, there was only 3 cars ahead of me in line, so he said that if I come to pick up next time to wait at the speaker box or they wouldn't fill my order. So I waited in the parking lot and finally street another 20 minutes I got the orders. There was no name on the order, the employees tried to give one is my orders to sometime else next to me then when handing me the orders they didn't specify which order was which do I guessed they guessed at it and I put names on the orders and when I delivered the second order, they customer told me it was the wrong order. I got it if my car talked to her directly on her porch explained what happened and apologize to her. She was calling door dash customer service as I was leaving. I don't think I'll be picking up from this location again, EVER!!! I have never, not once have I ever been talked to that way and I won't be takes to that way again, I don't care who or what...
Read moreThe WORST WENDYâS encounter EVER experienced with the WORST manager named Jamisia! The restaurant has low standards, as the rude, disrespectful, and dishonest manager wears a pink hoodie while servicing customers.
Attempted to patronage this establishment as little to no customers appeared as Chik Fila and Burger King dominates the area.
After placing a mobile order via the app, I approached the EMPTY line, and slowly but surely, regrets ensued. I thought, âI will wait two additional minutes TWICE, and then someone will answer, along with repeated bouts of âhelloâ to elicit a response.â I decided to drive around as Aâď¸đ˝car waited behind me to check that no hazardous/harmful situation was occurring.
As I pulled up, Jamisia, in the pink hoodie, was fulfilling a drink. When she finally approached the window, I informed her of the situation, which she refuted with a disgraceful attitude. She then instructed me to return to the point intercom to place the order correctly. Appalled by her initial response, I further informed her of the mobile order; THEN, she said I should have told her that initially. Of course, at this point, I was instructed to cancel my order due to her negative feedback and poor customer service. As Jamisia was not of assistance with cancelling the order, two male co-workers of better mannerisms and customer service skills rectified the situation. One of the male personnel told the truth about Jamisiaâs whereabouts and why she did not answer the intercom promptly.
Food was obtained, but my appetite was spoiled due to Jamisiaâs unnecessary shenanigans and unprofessional customer service.
THEN, upon arrival home, in an attempt to eat something after working a 12-hour shift, I opened a half-cooked double stack!!!!...
Read moreThe girl at the register was basically doing 3 people's jobs. She had to keep apologizing for other people's mistakes. We ordered 2 burgers with no tomato or mayo. They had tomato and mayo, so we took them back in. The girl at the register was really nice and told the line cook to make 2 more with no tomato or mayo. He made 2 and set them on the counter for her. She was busy doing 3 people's jobs, so she didn't get them immediately. The manager Deborah was working at the window. She turned around, grabbed one of our burgers, took the wrapper off, put a wrapper with a different label on it, and gave it to the person at the window. When the girl at the counter got to getting us our burgers (now for the second time) she picked up the one that was ours and the one that was meant for the person at the window, since Deborah took ours and gave it to them. The burger that was ours had a tomato on it, and the other one obviously wasn't the right burger. They had to make us another one (third time). It took a total of 45 minutes for 2 4 for 4 meals and an extra burger and baked potato. Also, the extra burger didn't have onions, and the potato was cooked to a crisp. The girl behind the counter needs a raise. Deborah needs more training. I'm not saying the register worker's name publicly for...
