Horrible food, horrible service. Ordered food via drive through, the food was horribly oily and soggy, I drive back around and politely asked for a replacement. The employees took the food back waited around a few minutes and brought me back the EXACT same thing. I was so upset I just put it back on the window shelf and drove away then I thought to myself how horrible they get to get away with taking peoples hard earned money in that way. So I parked and went inside and asked for a manager. The manager (the African American guy with dreads on a power trip) is the epitome of bad customer service and should be fired exponentially. This guy refused to let me speak as to why I was upset and was fussing about giving me my money back telling me he would just replace the food. Had he let me speak he would know I already tried to have them replace the food but instead they tried to play me and give me the same thing back.This guy is the worst type of representative to have at a business. He lacks the ability to communicate and effectively help rectify poor service, instead he rather argue with the client and give them a hard time about issuing a refund for the absolute most disgusting food prepared. When I told him to keep the money after he walked away and refused to help me I said I would take it up with corporate, he refused to give me the store number and his name. After I said no worries I would figure it out he began to try to engage his colleagues to try and justify his actions. Read moreOrdered chili cheese fries with a pack of sour cream and some bacon bits. Charged me extra for 2 pieces of bacon. Order was complicated to them. When I asked what was charged because I wasn't told the bacon "bits" was 2 pieces of bacon and would be charged as such, I just wanted a small pack of bacon bits, you know like what you would get on the side of a salad. Then I could hear the lady in the back yelling to the kid who was trying to help me out because I think he got what I was saying I wanted. She is yelling across the room it's on there. She's got bacon, it's already on there, bacon on the side. It's like she was mad that I was asking why I was charged and that I just wanted a few bacon bits and that shes not changing it, I'm getting charged period! The store needs a lot of work on customer service and Doing what's best in the customer's interest. There was one day a couple of months ago that I went to the store in the middle of the afternoon Dan the whole store was closed! There was no sign on the door or anything to indicate that they were closed or why! There was 1 person inside and I was at the drive-through and they saw me and didn't say anything. They actually had 3 cars in front of me that were in the drive-through trying to figure out what was going on and we sat there several minutes before all of us kind of 1 after another figured out they were just closed. Then right before that occurred I ordered chili cheese fries and they came without the chili! My point is there have been several ongoing issues with this particular store that needs to be addressed...
Read moreLiterally just spent 25 minutes sitting in a drive thru line to get my meal and the nuggets were ice cold and the woman was upset with me for saying so. With an attitude told me to "give them back then" I told her to watch her tone and she said she wasn't dealing with me. "You stood in my line and wasted your time. Now you can leave." AFTER charging me. At this point, I tell the gentleman who was also at the window, that I'll wait for a fresh order and the woman comes back to the window aggressively and is now swearing at me. When I yelled back asking who she was talking to she told me "I'm from the hood, Brooklyn, what hood are you from?", as she is threatening to come out of the window. At this point, I am completely blown away and my mother in the front seat and my son in the backseat, are both shocked. My mother was so angry she asked the man for his manager and as I'm in a shouting match just trying to get a hot meal I paid for, my son is begging me to leave so she doesn't spit in his food. By far the most embarrassing and disturbing fast food experience I've ever had. How that woman is employed is beyond me. I hope they have video footage and watch her disgusting display of ignorance and unprofessional behavior and proceed accordingly.
