Since we were dining in, I asked to wait for fresh fries and a fresh fish fillet. I added cheese to the fish sandwich. I assumed everything was being prepared fresh because we were the ONLY customers in the restaurant and it took quite some time to receive our order. When called, My fish sandwich was barely warm and the cheese never even melted, the bun wasn't even warm. The fries were slightly warm and soggy. I had to return to the counter as the order wasn't complete. The patties on the Baconator were visibly prepared earlier (for quite some time) as the meat was slightly gray and lacked moisture. (I have received much higher quality at Wendy's which explains my disappointment with this location) As for the service: The cashier was very polite. All of the other employees stood around in the back, leaning against the equipment, with their arms crossed, laughing, joking and playing. While we were sitting in the dining area, two employees were actually playing piggy back and carrying the other quite a distance from behind the counter before realizing we were there. Another employee had his hat flipped backwards and pulled down underneath his nose to create an awkward face (it was very unprofessional). Employees were observed not washing hands when changing from cashier to preparing/serving fries.
The drink/condiment station was not clean nor properly stocked (more than one size lid was out) as two of the cup lid sizes we needed were out, and had to ask for a lid from the cashier. The counter was very sticky and visibly unattended, we didn't even sit our cups down. The dining area could have used a bit of attention, but we found a table. Behind the counter you could visibly see that there were too many people staffed for the counters and food contact surfaces and all other areas to not be wiped down, organized and cleaned (At least within the customers view). There appeared to not be a strong presence of leadership, organization or professionalism being implemented. If I had not have paid for my order, I would have left. I never return food or complain but, this experience was pretty bad. I had to force myself to...
Read moreUpdate: Since the last time I posted this, I swear it has gotten slower. Nothing has been improved and the workers seem to not care. The only reason why I go back is because I like the cheeseburgers. Honestly, it's not the 20 minute wait in the drive through!
I would perfer to give this location 0 stars because of the horrible service and how disgusting the store is! Let me first start off with the employees. They all were acting getto and like they were in charge yelling at each other in front of customers. I did NOT feel safe at this store and I don't plan on bringing my kids here anymore! When I asked for condiments, the young lady at the register gave me attitude and TOSSED....yes...TOSSED the condiments onto the tray. My husband had to pull me away because I use to work in customer service and I never treated customers like that! Some of the employees were standing outside smoking and talking to friends while there was a line. The service took 20 minutes to get our food! Ridiculous!!
The restrooms were disgusting! Toilet paper on the floor, the floor felt slippery and looked like it hadn't been mopped in a month. One of the toilets were clogged. There was not any paper towels so I had to use napkins on the floor. On the dinning floor, there was trash on the floor, again the floor looked like it needed mopping badly, the trash cans were full, and the seats and tables needed cleaning.
If I was the district/regional manager grading this place, I would give it the lowest score possible because of the attitude and disgusting atmosphere of the store! Wendys needs to look into getting BETTER management and having the employees clean the store from top to bottom which means actually scrubbing the floor! Makes me not want to visit a...
Read moreI ordered a crispy chicken and a double stack, which wasn’t what I wanted. The automated system cut me off and pushed me through to the window before I was ready. The girl at the window helped take the rest of my order told her I wanted something that was small and with bacon. We discussed a couple options and she ended up giving me a double stack only pickle which I only wanted pickle on my bacon burger...
I apologized that I had to add food at the window because the automated system sent us through after cutting off my order…. Got to the second window and felt the need to do it again because the manager was pi$$ed that we added food at the window and had an attitude so I felt bad and apologized again and tried to explain the system cut me off and totaled out my order…. The guy at the window was cool about it though…
Then I literally drive 1 mile down the road to my house and undo my cold hard and dry crispy chicken sandwich with a stale bun to match and a soggy double stack NO BACON 🤦🏻only pickle…
I do not eat out mostly because my food is either messed up or garbage or both and in this case BOTH…. And it’s expensive for an automated system to take my order while some teenager makes $17-$20/hr to stand at a window on their phone…. But when I do treat myself and my family there are expectations, which I don’t know why those expectations and standards are not set lower like the economy as a whole…
As an EMT I barely make half of that… it’s literally not rocket science….Do better!!!
That’s ok though with the amount of AI taking over soon none of those people are going to have jobs at all…. BETTER GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER BEFORE IT’S TOO...
