So I am pulling around the Wendy’s drive-through to see what I would like to eat for the evening, so I decided to go to Wendy’s. As I pull up the lady at the microphone says Wendy’s, how may help you I said excuse me, Wendy how may help you? I’m looking for the big box or the big box whatever it is called. So I’m trying to figure out what I want to drink and I can’t see the drink menu. She’s what you want to drink. What do you want to drink? What is your name? She said Danielle I said OK thank you and I pull up to the window. As I’m there, I asked her was she the lady who took my order she said yes I said are you one of the managers she said yeah I’m one of the managers. I said OK thank you. I get this food. Everything is cold not to mention, I got the double cheeseburger nuggets, lemonade and fries. The burger had onions on it like residue like maybe it got mixed up, but I don’t eat onions. The nuggets were cold and some of them wasn’t even cook. No one only came through the drive-through and got this kind of attitude and cold food is at 9 o’clock at night and they’re leaning out the drive-through window while I’m pulling up this was the worst experience I have ever had at a drive-through restaurant ever. I thought other restaurants was worse but Wendy’s on Terra Boulevard do better. Read moreAt first , I thought that I was maybe tripping and then realize that maybe the employees at this specific location is just having a bad day . My first experience there , I was on my lunch with no much time so I tried this Wendy’s in Hampton . The customer service was rude being that I’m very polite and have no reason to be ordering food with an attitude. I let it slide but was given cold food which I watched them drop my fries into the grease and all but still my order was cold . My second experience was something similar to the first but this time it was only with my order . I ordered a large Dave’s Combo. I received cold fries and a cold burger . I asked them if I could have my order fresh and literally , ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES LOOKED AS IF I was in the wrong or bothering them so y’all know that pissed me off . The hood side of me came out and it was just like f it ! I realize to just stop coming to this specific location and help others save the hassle. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding my recent experience at your location. Unfortunately, my visit was troubling for several reasons.
First, I was served food that appeared to have been prepared by a child—no older than 10—which resulted in both my daughter and I experiencing stomach issues. This raises serious concerns about food safety and proper kitchen supervision.
On top of that, while addressing a separate issue involving a minor car accident in the parking lot, I encountered extremely unprofessional behavior from multiple staff members. I attempted to speak calmly and respectfully, simply asking questions and requesting contact information for someone who could help resolve my concerns. Instead, I was treated rudely—one employee even hung up on me, and another cursed at me. This behavior was caught on video. When I asked for the general manager's supervisor’s contact information, Miss Ashley (the GM) became hostile and refused to provide any emails or phone numbers for higher management.
