What a terrible experience at this location... 1st, I walk in an I wasn't greet or told I'll be right with you - No form of Acknowledgement.
Too add to that, the counter rep looked at me and decided to take someone else's order after she clearly saw me 1st.
2nd, another worker made the drinks for my order, but stuck her fingers in my cup!😵
3rd I kindly rejected the drinks Doing my best not to call her out on her mess, by asking her for cups to make my own drinks....😑🫣 Now, In the process of giving me my cups, she again sticks her hands in the cups and hand them too me.. 😬 I kept my cool and politely asked for additional cups And I had to tell her why - YOU stuck YOUR fingers in my cups. Yuk!!!!
She had the audacity to have an attitude because let's be honest, That's just nasty!
4th my order was completely wrong, and on top of that they substituted stuff out in my order but did not tell me... Now that's just wrong and a great way to loose a customer... A long time customer.

This below was 5 years ago. See image. I've had pretty decent service hear. Sometimes there were issues, but majority of the times everything was pretty good.
I try to look at the positives and understand everyday want to be peachy!!!!
While in the past I've had issues with the orders as far as things missing, and or not prepared properly, for the most part the team has been doing a good job despite those issues that I've experienced in the past.
My last visit about two weeks ago was fabulous!!! You will see the salad picture from me and let me tell you, there was not a spot of Brown....
It was by far the freshest and best salad I've ever had... The salad itself look just like the picture....
Every place has it issues, but I still recommend this location.... And, trust me, I've been to one that I strongly will not...

(no heloo, please wait) 5 minutes later I said hello and she said " I said hold one second". She finally came back on at 7:28 with "go ahead with your order" (no, sorry for the wait or anything) while placing my order she was very short, I had to repeat 3 times. When I got to the window I had a coupon , i gave to her afte 3 mintues she said "this is good for a combo" I said ok ring it up as just sandwhich and potato. Befor the coupon it was 7dollars and some change. After the coupon and breaking the order down she came back and gave me the same price. I ask her to read the order back andd again I asked her to not include a drink just the sandwich and potato. the total was 6.18 - 2 dollars + .33 tax = 4.51 after paying and getting my change I was told (not asked) to more forward to the pole because they were making hte chicken. I pulled up a 7:31 and two cars behind me got their food and left, @ 7:40 I got out my car to go inside and ask for a refund but the door was locked Someone finally came out at @7:45 with my food. 29 mintues for a chicken sandwich that was dry and over cooked bacon and potatoes. Iwas late for work. I just dont know how it took nearly 30 mintues with only one care ahead of me. I went here back it was close to work and had no line. I won't be going back to...
Read moreStopped here 6/18 for a Dave's Double and a Frosty. My husband wanted the same. This was at 10 pm and this Wendy's is open until 1 am. The voice at the ordering board said they didn't have any Frostys at that time. When we got to the pick-up window, I asked if the machine was broken. The lady at the window said, "no, it's shut down for the night to be cleaned." I was flabbergasted. Three more hours of service, a line of vehicles all the way around the building, and they shut the machine down?? Did I mention that two nights before we had stopped on our way out of work (at 10:30 pm)? We initially thought Wendy's was closed because all of the lights were off, but upon driving around it we saw there were workers inside. My husband pulled up to the order board, ordered Dave's Doubles and two Frostys, no problem. A few cars pulled in behind us, and all of a sudden some of the lights went on. We will never again choose this Wendy's for a meal. We were there twice, and both times were much less than satisfactory. I can say, however, the DD's were good. With all of the negative reviews of this restaurant, corporate really needs to look at the revenue and management. I'm sure they'll find it's underperforming compared to the others in the area.
