I made my visit on 3/29/19 around 7:30 pm. I frequent this location very often. I ordered 3. 4 for $4 meals & a Baconator combo with only 1 slice of cheese & bake potato in place of fries. I could hear in young lady in the speaker getting help to show potato instead of fries. I am going to assume she is fairly new. When I arrived it was busy & estimating bout 6 cars in front of me. The young lady never reviewed my order thru speaker nor total cost. When I arrived at the window the young gentlemen gave me my total & I paid. He handed my receipt & I reviewed it. My bake potato was never placed, it stated fries. I informed the young lady. She handed me my drinks then my 4 for $4 meals. One meal was missing fries. I informed her of that. She asked me to pass the bag back thru window & I told her judt3 place the fries in other bag. I did show her the meal missing the fries. As well it is against the health code to pass any food back thru the window anyway. No bbq sauce was in bag either. I had to ask for that , butter n sour cream for bake potato. Finally I received my last bag woth bake potato but no plastic ware. I asked for that. I still have not received the missing fries. The gentleman cane3 back to the window & I informed him. He went to get the fries but found out they were cooking more. He told me under 2 minutes. A manger named Tasha comes around & ask me to pull up. I explained to her how my order was not correct from the get go. She said she didnt3 care & if I didnt pull up she calling the cops & had the phone in her hand calling 911. What the hell Tasha!! Over fries & my order messed up you going to call the cops. The whole store appeared to be all over the place. The gentlemen brought me the fries & looked at her just like she is Biploar Crazy that she is. Hey Tasha take those fake eyelashes off before they fall in the food. Thats a health violation too. Beyond poor customer service tonite. I understand your busy, it is not my fault my order was in correct & not entered correctly. A professional manager would have came & assist & ask 1st before being overwhelmed & calling the cops over fries that was never placed in a bag to begin with. I hope a DM or corporate reads this & reviews the camera. Very disappointed in this location. Tasha appears to be needing re-training in Mgt skills. Never had this experience at this location. Has always been a pleasant visit each time. For the most part staff is always friendly. Tonite was a whole different level thanks to Tasha. Oh yeah Tasha did you talk to me like that cause I am Caucasian? Is this what you do....? I think you do.....smh..... 6 thumbs...
Read moreUpdate: 7/11/25, the past few times I have gone the food and service have been great. Looks like the drive thru issue from previous review has been solved. I really appreciate the quickness of the team members and they seem happier than other similar fast food places.
Update: 5/16/25, for the past several months this location has been doing something I despise. When you order and make it to the window, they send you off to park in a space and bring you your food. About 50 percent of the time they send you off before handing you your drinks. Also, about 50 percent of the time, you don't get all of the items in your order or perhaps a straw or condiment is missing and they have to walk back inside and appear back a few minutes later with the missing items, making the ordeal take that much longer. This is a tactic to cheat the system to make their window delivery times look better than they are. 100 percent of the time it ends up making your visit take longer and it's horrible for customer service. Plus, I personally hate being a part of the team members gaming the system that was implemented to help ensure faster service, when that's not what they're doing. I have tested this on MULTIPLE occasions and even the simplest orders are sent away from the windows with no food to wait for someone to walk the bags out to you.
These are likely the same people that wonder why they're not making $30/hr.
On a positive note, the AI at the ordering board in the drive thru is amazing.

Read moreI went here to get good for someone. We went to the drive-thru about 2 hours before closing. No one acknowledged us at the order speaker, so we drove up to the window. There was a guy standing at the window and he COMPLETELY acted as if he didn't see us, as though we were invisible!!! We knocked on the window, blew the horn, and he STILL did NOT acknowledge us. We drove around to check the hours, as well as to see if a sign was in the door advising they closed early, for some unknown reason. There was nothing advising as such. We drove around again and this time an older woman walked by the window. She did the EXACT same thing the guy did...ignored us!! You can tell AND sense when someone knows your near and tries to act as if you're not. If she is hard of hearing, then she needs to get Miracle Ear! If she can't see well, then apply for a check and stay home!!! If they do not like helping people, then they should go work on a farm or do something that does not require people skills!!! Absolutely unacceptable RUDE behavior!!! I would give them -7 stars...
