Wendy's — Restaurant in Georgia

Horrible services in the drive thru. I waited in line for 10 minutes. I was the 3rd person in line. When I pulled to pay for my meal. I received and half empty cup of Sprite. I asked the young lady to top it off. She smacked and lips and got an attitude. She came back three minutes later and said here's your sandwich please pull up to the front and will bring your fries out as soon as they're ready. How in the hell don't you have fries ready that I ordered 10 minutes ago they were well done with no salt. I pull up front awaiting my fries I ate my sandwich as I waited for my fries. After waiting 7 minutes out front still no french fries. I go inside as to speak to the manager tell her what the problem was she apologized and miraculously handed me my fries very poor customer service these people that work at fast food restaurants at like they don't want to be there and they act like you're bothering them. But when they take they ass out to eat at a fast food restaurant they want they food fixed and prepared as ordered but don't want to do their job when they at work please do not go to this Wendy's located off of Killian Hill and Tom Smith Road in Lawrenceville they don't deserve anyone's business not until they learn some customer service instead of no customer service. Oh by the way she gave me a large fry instead of a small fry for the trouble I get down the road and I reach into the bag to pull out a soggy french fry the whole damn thing is soggy I like my fries crispy and well done so I wasted 15 damn minutes really 20 minutes for some regular damn cook french fries maybe that's God way or telling me I didn't need them at all amen God bless Wendy's and God...

Filthy store, clueless/hostile employees and most menu items out of stock. At least we left before placing an order. This location was just gross. The floor in the ordering/dining area was literally slippery and sticky. I mean, each step was audible as our shoes picked up from the floor. Hasn't seen a clean mop in forever. There also is a visible grease trail on the sidewalk outside of the front door. The employee behind the counter had a blank, confused look on her face. It's as if she didn't expect to actually encounter customers during her shift at the front of the store. And, she had to ask another employee for answers to even the most basic questions. And, that second employee was about as unwelcoming to us as could be, He actually seemed irritated that he had to do anything remotely resembling customer service. We attempted to order several breakfast items only to be told repeatedly that each item was "out of stock". Just a craptastic experience all around. We decided to leave without ordering anything (as if we even could, anyway) and will not return to this Wendy's ever again. This location needs a serious reset. Hey, Wendy's Corporate - this would be a great location for one of your restaurants. Just start over from scratch because the current formula is not...

After driving around this was the third Wendy's I came to trying to get my daughter and myself burgers and fries! So disappointed ☹️. They didn't have anyone inside ordering nor did they have a long drive thru line but still we received cold fries, old nuggs and cold burgers 😤. I used the app which was very easy and convenient since I didn't want to get out of the car, but I ended up going inside anyway after the drive thru cashier displayed an ugly attitude saying "all you asked for were hot fries" as she quickly handed us two fries and tried to close to window, when I told her all the food was cold and tried to hand her the bag.... she also kept saying "well we can't refund your money cause you ordered through the app". Once I went inside they were all standing around at the drive thru and the young man greeted me and I stated that the food was cold and once again he states that he couldn't refund me cause I ordered through the app, in which I ask him well, I can't just get hot food? I will wait!! He says oh, of course! They he gets them to remake my order! It should Not be that hard to get good food and service!!!!...
