Your Pie Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

I want you to know I really don’t like leaving a negative on a Company but I want people to be aware when eating here so they don’t get abused like We did! I went with my family at 9:25 the Site Said open till 10 and we live near and walk park after eating! We are an older couple with a disabled son! I met my son and his wife that’s expecting! The first thing was they had an attitude and upfront said they Close the kitchen at 9:30 so why was the store open till 10?!? They made our food burned it and to be fair I even tipped before I got the food and they was so disrespectful! This is not the crew that normally serves us and my 18 year old present Recorded it all as we had hopes to Show how these employees was running a business in a well established area! The girl last night was so rude you can See on the store footage of her making faces and going behind my daughter n law and 18 yr old they said they had no plates no cups charged me for bottled water 6 that I didn’t order they was doing spiteful stuff and I almost broke Character but thought let me not ruin my night! Your night crew from yesterday was disrespectful and that Store Can be managed better after saying my food was burned I didn’t even get a refund! I Couldn't even do a report because they was trying to run home before closing! I hope the manager looks at the footage! Customers Come first and I always tip what most don’t and I’m so polite and a pregnant lady really! I had a service dog and we took a table outdoors as not to disturb them with thier attitude! I really love the area as it’s convenient to walk near our home but the lack of respect was uncalled for! These people with screw your food up on purpose they said they remade the pasta because it fell on the floor and laughed! Why did I need to know and why was that funny?!? I won’t return but did do a report because that’s a liability and want the footage! That happened to a family with money who Cares nothing to get a attorney and slap a suit! Be mindful where you eat! If they do that to 50/60 year olds and a 26 yr old pregnant Woman imagine taking your kids there! Mind you I was with my grandkids and 7 yr old who has autism! They was rude to everyone and we was quite and outside looking for a quick bite!extremely disappointed! Our friend is a realtor right next door! Not Sure Why something like this happened in Evans! So my nephews love to go to Your Pie in Evans after the park it’s a special treat for them.This is the third time I’ve taken them there and every time the manager always questions me are they my kids due to me ordering small kids cheese pizzas for the two of them who are 3 and 6 while they are standing right beside me, not to mention the fact I also order 3 other pizzas for myself, my mom, and husband. Being made to feel like you are trying to get something free or discounted or like you’re a criminal is absolutely not okay. I dismissed this the first two times but on 8/31/2024 at 5:07 the manager was in a mood as it seems once again and with no one else in the store asks me the same question. We ordered and as they were making my pizzas the young man making my moms pizza glopped and entire thing of pesto on the pizza the girl standing next to him looked at him like what are you doing. We continued to make the pizza and I hoped it would be ok. Needless to say my pizza came out undercooked, I took it back and asked if they could cook it a bit longer. As my mom was dealing with kids when she went to cut into hers it was not cooked as well and the pesto was just too much. I took hers back up and asked if they could remake it and the manager went off on me and said are you asking me to remake this and I said I would appreciate it, but he was nasty to me I just asked for a refund. He went on to berate me in front of the other customers and I asked who the manager was and he said me and I asked for the owners contact information. He then started to apologize to me and said he would give me a refund. My husband and I are working professionals and would never speak to anyone in that manner. When I choose to spend my money at a restaurant I expect to be treated with respect. Please watch the cameras I hope you can hear the interaction C Norris had with me. I will not return to your restaurant nor will I recommend it to the many people I work with on Fort Eisenhower. On top of the pizza that was undercooked which was all of it my entire order except for my pizza which I had them put in longer not remake my husband and mother were both sick after eating it. Couple of caveats. The were busy tonight supporting a local school by holding a spirit night. 10% of your check went to a local middle school's parent/teacher organization. Good on ya Your Pie.

My wife ordered a pizza. She said it was good except she ordered it well done (crispy). It was not. Not even close. Almost looked like a NY style folding pizza. But she assured me it was tasty none the less.

I ordered the Meatball Marinara Penne Pasta. When they brought it out I stared for a minute. I took my fork and poked around in the dish (which smelled WONDERFUL) and asked my wife if I was supposed to have meatballs in my meatball marinara. She assured me that this should be in the dish. So I poked around some more. Nope. not a meatball in sight.

My wife, ever the vigilant spouse for signs of stuff that may trigger a full on verbal rampage, grabbed my dish (pie pan actually) and went back to the counter and asked. "Should there be meatballs in my husband's meatball marinara?" The young lady behind the counter assured her there in fact should be.

Young lady behind the counter looked in my pie pan and declared the absence of meatballs was an error and she would correct it immediately.

She did so and the young man brought my food back to me.

Other than this little faux pas, the food was good and filling if a bit pricey for niche style Italian fare at about $11 per plate with taxes.
