Kroger — Local services in North Augusta

I can't believe Michele still working . here. Everytime I go there and see her my blood just boiled.I love.kroger products a lot but I hated Michele; I complain twice.with manager about her but nothing happen she still there with attitude . First time she bagging my grocery and she just throw n the cart. So hard . Second she always have something to said when I check out in front of her. She always at the customer service in front where I checked out . One time was my watermelon or donuts not bagging . She said to cashier did you scan the donut? Really? Everytime I pass by customer service she always give.me the dirty look. Infact she never look happy with anybody . She just 😖 miserable and hated her job. I think the the manager at this kroger really don't give d@@ about customer service . Even I complain twice Michele still there and still with the asty attitude especially with the Asian and haspanic. I' think I have enoght. For real , I'm going to kroger.im Columbia road, ii don't care if I have to drive more. The customer service there are much better. if I keep going to Evans Kroger I'm going die of heart attack ....

I used to shop her exclusively but no more! I have tried several times to give them "one more chance" but the customer service is horrible. I walked by 7 employees this past week and not one even spoke to me. That would never happen at Publix. Then I had spent all morning researching coupons online, preparing my meal list/shopping list. I spent hours shopping and checked out and over $10 worth of preloaded coupons were not credited. So I had to stand at Customer service for 30 mins to decipher what I got and did not get. I was eventually refunded $10 but what a headache. Then my teen ordered me a cake from the bakery for my surprise birthday party last night. They went to pick it up and the manager said the order was hanging up but the cake decorator just didn't make it for some reason. So they had to take two 1/4 sheet cakes, not the flavor or colors they wanted and they were ugly. No decorator on site so the writing was horrible. My 10 yr old was so excited about the cake when they ordered it that when this happened, she cried.

This WAS one of my favorite Kroger stores to go to.... until today. I purchased some chicken yesterday that was reduced but still well within the proper date range. Got it home amd thought I might smell something a little off but having had sinus surgery, I'm not 100% on my smell ability , so had someone else check it. It was spoiled already. Brought it back today and got a refund. The customer service employee instructed another employee to take it to the meat department and inform them it was spoiled. As I'm walking around looking for something else for dinner, I notice the employee in the meat department putting the exact same packs of chicken BACK IN THE CASE! I mentioned to him that the meat was bad and he claimed "oh I didn't know, they didn't say anything to me". While I don't know who did or did not do their job properly, I DO know that I have no desire to purchase spoiled meat at all (understanding, things happen) but most of all I don't want meat that another customer took home and brought back! Be careful if you buy your meats here...
