As a travel agent, I travel a lot up and own the roads and stop at a lot of different places as I'm always looking for new or different. It was lunch time and I stopped at this exit to see what I could find. (Very busy exit btw) I had always heard of Your Pie Pizza so thought I'd give it a try. Disappointed is an understatement. First impression walking in was the tables in the outer breezeway were unclean. Inside, several of those were as well. Hmmm... not a good start. Next... the wall of pizza offerings on the right was impressive. When I was ready, I moved toward the counter. No one greeted me. No signs telling me where I was to order. No directions at all. Employees behind the counter talking with each other but as I stood there looking lost, no one engaged w me. I walked down to the register thinking this is where I needed to order. Nope. No engagement here either. Finally walked back down the counter to the guy at the pizza dough area and inquired, how do I order. He simply asked what size pizza. Uh... large but no explanation of what the next step was. I stood there watching him work the dough and slide it down to what I realize now is the topping area. Again, I stand and wait as no engagement from the rest of the staff. Very frustrated and should have left at this point. Yet, ... I wanted to see this through. Surely the food would make up for poor service. Finally asked another person what to do and he came over with a series of questions about what i wanted on the pizza. Oh... this is how this works. Went to the register, rang up my pizza then of course, flipped the screen over to me wanting a tip. Seriously? normally, I do not mind tipping but how can I tip for what I received as service so far? Found a "clean" table and waited for the food. Pizza arrived in a togo box. Confused and knowing I had stated i was eating in not carrying out, I asked the young woman who brought my pizza if there were plates or did I have to eat out of the box. She walked off without responding. Interesting.... The pizza was mediocre at best. The sauce was as if I opened a can at home and poured on. This pizza reminded me of something I can buy at a grocery store deli or gas station. Seriously unimpressive. There was more than enough staff standing around that dirty tables should have not been an issue. My entire time there, I never saw one cleaned by an employee. I did see a mom of 4 doing the best she could to clean a table for her family. She was behind me and was about finished when I saw her or I would have gone over to offer my assistance. I am normally very generous with my attempt to find positive items to provide feedback on at locations. I know all of this is a lot but in this case, I felt strongly that I needed to leave a complete picture. I hope my experience is not typical and it was an off day. I do know that I will...

We normally go in to order. However this visit I ordered curbside for the first time. I was in a rush and had to be somewhere with the kids but needed to get dinner beforehand. So I ordered through the app and it told me it would be ready at a specific time. I thought perfect I even have a little wiggle room.
We arrive and we wait in the car and wait. A few minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready I went into the store to check on it I went into the store to check on it. I stood for several minutes along with another customer completely unacknowledged.
Not one employee created us or looked over to us. Eventually I walked over and inquired about my order. I was told that their boxing it up and I said perfect we are curbside so I'll be right outside.
Returned to my vehicle to wait another 10 ish minutes.
Went back in and again not acknowledged at all. I again had to be assertive in getting someone's attention.
They then gave me someone else's order. No verifying of my order information other than first name and some one else had the same name as me.... When I brought it to their attention myself and the other customer sorted it out that it was infact hers and not mine. Now I am 20 minutes past my pick up time .. again I had curbside pickup... No the employees did not seem to care at all. No apologies to anyone of us 3 customers for our long wait or for their mistakes. The other customer whose pizza I almost took him then looked at her pizzas and they were wrong too!
Finally they find my order... Sitting there... It was curbside and they never even attempted to come outside, or let alone behind the counter to deliver it to the very first parking space in front of the door. I provided my car make model and color as requested in the the app when I placed my order.
What really appalled me and upset me the most was the nonchalant attitude and absolute lack of care or attention regarding not just my order but those two other customers who were waiting as well.
Absolutely did not seem to care.
So disappointed... And I was late to where I needed to be next. I went from being early to late. The completely blew my 30 min cushion and all I needed to do was pick up an online order for...
Read moreI have been to this pizza place two times. Both times the manager she is a cutie with tattoos and piercing. She usually is the one who makes the pizzas, but this particular time she has training a young man and she literally without thinking about it started to make the pizza and he got upset because he’s in training and she’s just a true go getter with ants in her pants she is probably the only one in there that I see that is always! The other employees are nice they also have the attitude that they don’t know a stranger since they have a cool manager who has taught them their jobs well. The restaurant is very clean and I mean clean. The floors are good table tops are clean the one that my wife likes is the bathroom is clean and always has TP and has a nice smells. I have a favorite pie its the BBQ Chicken without fail, I always order that one. My wife she will order have order either a Pepperoni, Ham & Pineapple or a white sauce with garlic chicken, pineapple, bacon and double mushrooms. I‘m in the restaurant once a week maybe twice and I always grab my barbecue and then I go down the list and try one that I haven’t and I take it home so my wife, her mom and I can have an easy dinner either once or twice a week it’s a 27 mile drive and to me it’s all worth it. Price of the pizza is almost $25 per pie on this on a specialties and I’ll be perfectly honest with you. It’s better than Domino’s Papa John’s and any other pizza place around here. I mean the crust is delicious. You know you eat a pizza you always leave the crust right not at this place their crust is good! Do I recommend going here? Absolutely I just wish they had one a little closer to my address. I’d probably eat there four times a week because DoorDash don’t drive that far…. You can buy it by the slice or you can buy the whole pie. They have desserts & salads as-well. I know you can get out for a cheaper cost, but I like the specialty pizzas so I’m going to pay. They have a little up charge no different than any other pizza place the more items you add on the cost goes up a couple bucks. I do see a lot of people that show up for their lunch and...
