Five Guys — Restaurant in Georgia

With a name like 5guys burgers, I walked in expecting to see 5 guys working behind the counter, man was I wrong there were 3 guys and 1 young lady. Perhaps they should change the name since it seems 5 guys burgers is not really correct based on my recent experience and it sets some unrealistic expectations. Perhaps instead of five guys burgers a name like some people making burgers or guys and gals burgers. And don't even get me started on the fact that they don't only make burgers. Did you know they have hot dogs, grilled cheese and veggie sandwiches that you can top with any of the burger toppings. I was shocked, I guess that's what happens when you don't choose the correct name for your business, people come in not knowing what to expect. Oh and by the way the burgers and fries are teriffic. This franchise is one of my favorite burger joints. They stay consistent in their product. Burgers are fresh and fries are plentiful.

Staff was prompt to take my order. She was responsible and respectful. I was given my receipt and told my order number. Everything was laid out plainly.

Within a few minutes, the order was up and I grabbed my hot bag of delicious fries and burgers. How iconic this bag of burgers has become. Fries almost overflow out of the bag. Even when I purchased the smallest order of fries, I got an enormous amount. The more to share with.

Now we can dip our fries in milkshakes. This Five Guys sells milkshakes. They can mix and match flavors. In addition to that, they can even add bacon to your milkshake. What a smorgasbord!

Good food, but overpriced. Great $5 burger, but the fact that I paid almost $10 for it made it disappointing. That doesn't include fries or a drink either. Total bill for me, my wife, young teenager and a 5 year old to eat - $50, and we all shared a large fry. My bacon burger was good, but at $10 I only got 2 very small pieces of bacon and one piece of cheese. My wife said her burger was good, but she couldn't even taste that it had mushrooms on it, so was a little disappointed in that. They have the Coke Freestyle machine where you can mix up your own flavors with lots or different syrups, always fun to use, so a plus there. Free peanuts to eat while waiting, so... get one of the smaller burgers for $7 and pig out on the peanuts... lol. You can get bigger burgers with more flavor elsewhere and can sit down at a nice restaurant with wait staff for the same amount that...
