I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the experience I had today at your establishment around 11am on 4/22/25. While eating my meal, I discovered a hair embedded in the food. The employee who prepared it did not appear to be wearing a hair net, despite having very long hair. Though he had on a hat, it clearly did not provide adequate coverage.
When I brought it to his attention, his only response was to ask if I wanted him to remake it without the hair. At that point, the damage was already done. I had just missed the hair while biting around it—who knows what I unknowingly consumed before discovering it. It completely ruined my meal and my day.
To make matters worse, the manager, who was within earshot of the entire exchange, said absolutely nothing. There was no apology, no offer to address the situation—nothing.
This level of negligence is unacceptable. Basic food safety protocols, such as proper hair restraints, should never be optional. I expect a formal acknowledgment of this issue and assurance that proper hygiene standards will be enforced to prevent future incidents. Something needs to be done about this, I couldn't eat the rest of the day without...
Read moreJust Left. Got Home. Ordered steak sub untoasted. Ordered Rapid To Go. Paid online. Got there Sandwiches were not ready, order was rushed and prepared while I waited. Ordered White & Wheat. Got all white, No Cheese, No Peppers. Ordered two with Onions; No Onions on none. Just Bread, Meat, Mayo. Spoke with Ally who insisted that the order was correct because she assisted with the Order, next the worker may have forgot something.....and that she is sure cheese is on the Sandwich.....because she put one Slice on order and because I ordered extra meat....I can't see the cheese. Ally started to irritate me with telling me what my order was and wasn't....I didn't want to talk about the errors I wanted the Cost Adjusted for the Error...we don't do refunds we will remake it. I did not want them remade I live 30 mins away. Wanted a gift card to go to firehouse near me. Ally, if I don't stop talking (loud) and let her talk she will hang up. I hung up and will be sending this complaint...
Read moreI always order via the app, but every time I order on the app my order is NEVER correct. My husband's order is a turkey and cheese sub plain and cold, no pickle on the side, and some how they always seem to mess up the order, not only is his incorrect mine also, which is just turkey ham and cheese with lettuce and mayo. Simple. The last time I was fed up so I called and supposedly spoke with the manager on duty, he stated that he would write my name down so next time the sub would be free, not both but the turkey sandwhich, which I was fine with. The next time I went in the lady stated my name wasn't in the book. So now I have 2 issues my order was not only incorrect but apparently the manager lied as well.
