My wife spent $235 on games, legos, a stuffed animal, and shirt as a surprise for our kids birthday yesterday. When she got home and gave it to them, we realized one of the games she bought, the kids already had. She had already lost the receipt, but we thought no problem- she used a Games Stop account- that should have the purchase on it & if worst comes to worst, they can reprint the receipt for the return. Well when we went in just now the employee working tried to say we only paid 145$ and took the game as if we had stole it and said no return. After showing the bank statement, they went in and printed the original receipt that showed everything my wife had already to him. He proceeded to say over and over again how “any other store wouldn’t have went this far for a return”.. all he did was reprint the receipt… That is a basic thing any store can do… Even after finally doing the return he made it seem as if we were sketchy… We will not be spending money at this store again & recommend you avoid it as well since they treat paying costumers as an...

I was in your store today at about 5:45 PM when I was looking at some of the clean items. She informed me that there was a discrepancy about an item that I was trying to purchase and I’d let her know there was nothing to alert me that that was the case, she was that very rude about it and then proceeded to act very disrespectful towards me. I then later noticed her name to be Kris. It may have been something that she couldn’t do anything about, but she didn’t have to be rude about it. Most of the time I don’t have any issues, but it’s as if she didn’t feel the need to provide any type of customer service or accountability...

I had the pleasure of working with Brandon today. I know nothing about video games or systems, and haven’t played a game since the early 2000s…..
