If you enjoy sweating in your food (and the fry cook in the back too probably), walking in piss in the bathroom, and dirty handprints all over the wall this is the place for you. If not go elsewhere. And no, it's not like it's 95° outside it's only 84 So they don't have an excuse.
In response to your response : I think anybody could figure out how to improve the things that I said without asking their customer to go to a website taking more time out of their life because of your shortcomings as a manager but here I'll help. #1 Either fix your air conditioner or set the temperature cooler on the thermostat so your patrons aren't pouring sweat as they eat. HINT : cooler temps reduce germs too #2 is even easier to comprehend .... CLEAN YOUR NASTY BATHROOMS !!!! Is your house this nasty ? And no this wasn't simply a missed cleaning on one shift this is obviously a continuing thing because of the handprints all over the walls .... This all seems pretty simple if YOU as a manager or owner are paying any attention whatsoever but apparently Zaxby's will give a franchise to anybody these days !

Read moreOrdered family meal through the drive through. Get all the way home a the tenders wasn’t in there. Instead I got a wings and things plate. I didn’t get all of my sauces, which I paid for. I ask for them when I order my food to make sure that I get charged for them because I order a specific amount each time. Once I’m home and realized that I didn’t get the $50 worth of food that I paid for, I called up there to speak with a manager. He told me if I came back up there he would replace the meal for the inconvenience. When I got back up there he refused to replace the meal and only gave me the missing tenders. Wouldn’t give me the missing sauce. I then had to go back home with the tenders and everything else was cold by the time I got back home with it. So my family had to eat cold fries, cold bread, and hot tenders with out the sauce that I paid for! Terrible customer service. I will not be back to the commerce/banks crossing location. We usually do the family meal twice a month at the Jefferson location and it’s always perfect. This is the third time we have tried to give banks crossing the benefit of the doubt and each time something is always missing. Always rude workers. Terrible....

Two Ranch and One Honey 🍯 Mustard Asked for knives and forks due to dental work at time of order Order ready called to front for pick up. Was in to go bag I stated order was Dine in Young male said I could use bag to put food on. I asked for tray Two teenage males looked at me. I said is there a problem for me to get a tray They looked at each other As they did not have a clue Older lady walked by and asked if there was a problem I told her the above. She said give the man a tray. One boy took bag and set it on tray and handed it to me. I went to table. There was No Honey Mustard but plenty of Zack Sauce. Went back for HM Discovered Two forks No Knife Asked for No Seasoning on Fries. Given to go clear cup of seasoning for fries. After 3 rd trip. 3 Young males at counter laughed as I walked away I was charged for all 3 sauces but no credit for Zax sauce not wanted. Fries hot rest was room temperature warm Due to location. Zaxby will have customers but not a lot Of repeat business Building stays same. Mgt and employees will change But Customer Service and Orders remain Same...
