I recently had an incredibly heartwarming experience at Little Caesars Pizza, and I'm eager to share my positive review of their exceptional employee.While staying at the Day Inn hotel with my beloved dog, I found myself in need of a quick meal but unable to leave my furry friend unattended. Thankfully, the kind-hearted staff member at Little Caesars noticed my situation and went above and beyond to assist me.As I was preparing to tie my dog to the ramp, this compassionate employee approached me and offered their assistance. Not only did they take my order for a hot and ready pizza, but they also graciously offered to help me pay my food so that I wouldn't have to leave my dog outside. Their thoughtfulness and generosity truly touched my heart.In just a matter of minutes, my pizza was ready, and the employee handed it to me with a warm smile and a sincere wish for a blessed day. Came in around 530 pm or so today ordered a sausage pizza. Got my pizza and ran to dollar gen. To get drinks bc three dollars is way too pricey for a two liter. Came out of dollar gen. Tried to eat my pizza and the dough was raw and the sausage tasted terrible. I went in explained what was wrong and asked for another pizza and the girl came out of the back staying that she has to call her manager. She wasn't rude but wasn't overly nice and did not seem like she cared either way I do not recommend this place. And will not return again. I would rather pay more and atleast get good pizza . Papa John's or pizza hut are atleast good. This place needs help with customer service skills. I’ve tried going here numerous times. Normally an hour wait for the advertised “hot and ready”… which seems to be false advertising. Pizzas have either not been cooked, or they don’t even cover half of your pizza with ingredients. Here’s my final straw, this is what I waited almost 40 minutes for today (online order ahead of time, too). They didn’t offer a refund or anything besides I’d have to wait just as long for another pizza. I’ll let the picture (taken in store) speak for itself on this 3-meat deep dish. The employees clearly don’t care about the condition of the food they handle, and this is about the 10th time over gone there and had something messed up every single time (I know, I’m a fool for trying to give them a chance).
