Drive-thru orders are frequently wrong. Not sure why we give it another chance but today will be the last time. We ordered, and the guy taking our order kept walking away with the tablet every time we said another item we wanted to order, he was so jumpy and jittery and kept wiping snot from his nose the entire time. It was disgusting, we should have left then but we're suckers for punishment I guess. When we got to the window we only got two drinks but ordered three. One of the drinks was wrong. The food looked horrible when we opened up the boxes. We ordered a Cobb Zalad and it was missing egg and tomato, the lettuce looked wilted. This place is a mess every time we come here. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because as a former zaxbys employee 15 years ago I thrived off of never making people wait on their food. I have never seen a Manager so swamped but took his time to re assure everyone that his team had not forgot them. As a guy that was in a hurry I have never enjoyed waiting so long for my food just to learn and observe southern hospitality at its finest. Yesterday 1/15 I ordered a blue salad, which I did not open until I arrived home. When I opened it I noticed mold on the cheese, grey and fuzzy. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Vicky. When I explained the situation she proceeded to tell me that blue cheese does in fact have mold on it. I then told her the cheese looked outdated and she became very defensive.
