Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

We see that a few reviewers have not written positively about this store. My wife and I bought sandwiches there on 17 April 2013. We found the service to be good and the people behind the counter were friendly and helpful.

We did notice, while we were checking the menu board prior to ordering, that some very haughty and pushy customer was berating the sandwich preparers about "having a bad attitude." We saw no reason for such rudeness on the part of the customer. It apparently sprang from the fact that the person had demanded a special sandwich for a child which would not have been easy for the store to make and price, especially not during a noon rush period. The store explained, politely, I thought, that they would not be able to make the special sandwich, and that seems to have set the customer off. We have almost always found Subway stores to be courteous and helpful to customers. In my opinion, one should always treat those who work behind counters with respect so long as they are doing their jobs as well as they can. They are human beings, not anonymous machines. [On the other hand, if an employee of any store in which I shop treats me shabbily without good reason, I am likely to return the favor in full.]

They tend to go pretty heavy on the salt on your sandwich as well as smothered a 6" sub with mayonnaise and other sauces and make it to where it's sloppy and you make a mess and it doesn't taste good to have soggy bread I go here pretty frequently because it's by my house and it's a toss up on the days that I can get a decent sandwich made some days are better than others tonight was one I'm going to complain because I spent money on a sandwich and it's disgusting because she smothered it in sauce its soggy There are tomatoes looked gross like they had been cut up a couple of days prior And I'm pretty particular about my vegetables so I didn't get vegetables on cause of that and you think that they would put a smaller portion of mayo But here I am writing a Google Review hopefully they...

This is the only Subway I go to. All staff members are wonderful, attentive, they treat you like your business matters. But the only issue I've had coming in is the district manager, Krystal. I've never repeated myself more than once until I encountered her. I repeated every single step of my order as she is ripping them a new one over attentiveness (which is very uneeded) during a 30 minute period of the store continuously filling up. It's absolutely fine to have people waiting when you're busy, but it isn't normal to completely ignore the patron you're trying to make an example out of multiple times within the 5 or 6 minutes or so I encountered her. I will continue only coming here for my sandwiches as long as she isn't the one making them while...
