Zaxbys was 1 of my favorite restaurants to eat at until tonight at 9:02pm. Tameria that was working in the drive thru was VERY RUDE..I said my order 3 times and she still got it wrong when she repeated it back to me smh I told her to give me a regular club sandwich not spicy regular chicken with lettuce tomatoes pickles no cheese & NO PORK!!! IM ALLERGIC TO PORK I told her 3 times make sure my sandwich has no pork she still decided to ignore me & I got handed a spicy sandwich with pork when I repeated 3 times regular chicken not spicy then my sandwich had no lettuce no tomatoes & no pickles which I ordered. When I told her my order was messed up she slammed the drive thru on me while I was talking. Then tried to charge for a side lettuce tomatoes & pickles that should of been on my sandwich. I ordered coleslaw she said there's no more coleslaw do you want fries? When I replied yes I never got the fries she offered. I ordered 3 cookies for $1.99 she rung me up for 3 cookies at .69 a cookie. Her & the rest of the girls she was working with caught an attitude when I asked can I get my food corrected. I don't know what they did to my food but when she handed me my bag she had an attitude and they all was laughing, I didn't even eat because of that. $24 wasted on incorrect food & bad customer service. Zaxbys will never get another penny from me. It's sad how these young girls nowadays think being ignorant ratchet & immature is cute but it's NOT!!! Customer service is not for her & I hope the GM of this location reads...
Read moreI ordered online and chose curbside on 8/4/25. Said it would be ready by 12:40pm. I arrived right on time, parked in the curbside spot #2. I checked in online as instructed. I waited 15 minutes, then called the store to see what was happening. The person didn’t even answer the phone professionally, simply said “hello?” He seemed to have no idea about my order, finally said it looked like it was being made now. I waited 5 more minutes, decided to walk in. Waited at the counter for 3 more minutes even though there was no one ordering and several employees passed by, then was finally asked how they could help me. I explained I’d been waiting for over 20 minutes on my curbside order. The guy asked if it was drive thru. 🤦♀️ I explained again that it was curbside. He looked around and said all he had was the receipt. (What??!) Then the manager stepped up and the employee told the manager that I was waiting. Manager stepped up to me and I again explained that I’d been waiting for over 20 minutes for my curbside order. Manager acted just as confused and uncaring. The manager turned around and looked on the back counter to find my order sitting right there. The manager turned to me and handed it to me with the least genuine “sorry” I’ve ever heard. Read moreThe food is the same as any other location, however, the staff is what ruins this location for me. On 2 different occasions, I went inside to order. On both occasions, there were employees sitting on the bench, right in front of the registers. As if there was not other seats where the employees can kill time. My first trip, I placed my order to go...while I waited on the bench by the register, i got the feeling that the emloyees were there to hangout instead of work. There was a lot of loud conversation about things that were definitely not work related. When my order was ready, the tall girl that took my order got on the intercom to call my number...I was sitting less than 8 feet away. It was totally unnecessary especially when there was no one else waiting for a to go order, or even at the counter AND she took my order. No one came to order during my entire time inside. The only 2 other customers already had their meals and we're eating when I walked in. She knew the order was mine. The second time I stopped by, I went inside to eat. This time it was a lot of employees hanging and loud conversation again but not as bad as the last time. The manager needs to remind his employees that they are there to work, not hang out.
