Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First of all two days ago I come thru the drive through and sat there for a bout 45 mins at the speaker 9:15-10:00pm at 10:00 they finally came on the speaker and told me they were closed. Tonight we came through the drive through and at the window the guy who was working it only put one ranch in the bag when normally they put at least two. I asked for extra ranch and they told me it costs an exra .25c. Since when? Cuz I don’t remember ever being told that and I go to Zaxby’s a lot. Then we decided not to get it and the guy working the window stares at me in a creepy way. We get home and my husbands food is not even made correctly. He calls the store and asks to speak with the manager to address the issue with the food not being made correctly and that we didn’t get enough condiments for our food. The manager Laura says “I’m sorry you were dissatisfied. What do you want me to do about it.” With some rather nasty attitude. Proceeded to tell him that his food doesn’t come with sauce when in fact it does on the sandwich cuz he gets it all the time she says “sorry you ordered something that doesn’t come with sauce” he stated he shouldn’t have to spend his hard earned money on some dinner if they don’t care enough to make the food correctly. I love Zaxby's but sometimes when you go through the drive-thru people just tell you anything I ordered a 10-piece Wing traditional. The girl told me that she's going to have to ring them up separate and I asked are you going to charge me separate because together they're 11:29? She couldn't answer my question and she just wanted to do it do it how she wanted to do it so I asked her would you please go get some help because you can't just charge me what you want to charge me because you don't know how to ring it up I'm just saying. Then on top of that I get my order and they give me all drumsticks I didn't have one flat Wing in the bunch I probably wouldn't complain but I hate the drumstick if I got half and half I would have been okay but the fact that they gave me all drumsticks I have a problem with that I started to take it back but some things aren't Worth Fighting for but since I'm able to post about it I definitely made this post! The food here is most always very good. sometimes the fries have been to be a bit cold but most often that is not the case.

Biggest problem is THEY CHARGE YOU FOR WATER.......... AND THEY CHARGE YOU FOR AN EXTRA SLICE OF TOMATO ON YOUR SANDWICH........................... ........................................................................................................................... My most recent trip there I decided to have water with my meal instead of soda or tea - the cost was .25 cents. That bothered me but well....ok. What really floored me was that I told them no sauce but to add an extra slice of tomato to my sandwich. I did not realize until I was sitting down that they charged me .30 cents for it - and was not even that good. ........................................................................................................................... I am sure that we will still eat here at times BUT the frequency has just gone way...
