Kyoto Express — Restaurant in Georgia

Great food! Always crowded so therefore I wish they were provide service first come first serve. Instead the regulars I guess that come there walked out of the restaurant ahead of me after coming in well after me placing their order. I saw my order sitting on the counter and waiting on her just to add the chicken but she stopped mine and a couple of other orders lined up there to make these guys plates. Mind you I was on my work break as well. So running to pick up my lunch to bring back to the office took me a full 20 to 30 minutes and I went there when they opened So I was among the first eight people there In fact my order number was eight today. My time is just as valuable as theirs was. That's the only disparaging thing I have to say about them. Otherwise the food is great just do better with customer service. I don't know whether you have a contract with these guys or not but my money spends just like theirs. Immediately after they got their meals and headed out she completed my bowl and called my number. Needless to say I wasn't too happy oh yeah and also today the spicy white was not spicy it was mislabeled. So I didn't enjoy my lunch today as much as I normally would have. Otherwise...

I've eaten here several times, and the food is good, but tonight we ordered a super bowl for carry out. When we got home, there was 1 full cup of mushrooms, only 6 pieces of each kind of meat, and the rest was rice. Usually there is plenty of meat. I called to complain about the lack of meat, and asked the manager for a credit. I was told they could only switch the meal out, and would have to drive 20 mins back to the store to exchange it, and then 20 mins back home, and it was already 8:20pm. As much as I have eaten here and spent over the pasts years, this was very disappointing. It seems their prices continue to rise, and the amount of food you receive has decreased over the years. I went to kyoto and I ordered my food every one was friendly the service was great, the only problems is that when I went to get something to drink the drinks machine didn’t give what was labeled for. For example I was going to get some coke but instead of coke coming out of the machine it was pure water and it wasnt even normal water it tasted like really carbonated water and then the rest of the drinks just had a weird taste like it was all really carbonated. I also found hairs in my white sauce which was disgusting, If they were to wear the hair nets to prevent any hair from getting in the food they would prevent more reviews like these.
