The food is normally great BUT there is absolutely NO substitute for good customer service! Earlier today, my family & I ordered ahead online and were given an estimated ready time of 12:11pm. We drove to the location and proceeded to go inside to pick up our order. When we got inside, we were told that there was a wait on one last pancake & bacon order. Shortly afterwards, as we were standing at the counter, the three of us observed that the gentleman that was preparing our food (short dude, athletic) begin reaching into the pan of bacon with uncovered hands, grabbing multiple pieces of bacon and dropping them down on each plate. When it was brought to the attention of the young lady operating the register, she acknowledged that she saw it as well and was going to have them remake the orders. Once a staff member said something to the guy, he became irate and began yelling about the fact that he washed his hands so he didn't see the big deal. He grabbed a pair of gloves, but then walked off instead of working. The server that was standing behind me LOUDLY whispered "did THEY see it?" and then walked off after it was confirmed. The next three orders of pancakes & bacon that came up, a different server came up and swiped from the counter, which left the cashier with a confused look on her face. When the woman walked back to the counter, the cashier attempted to inquire and was rudely interrupted by the lady, being met with the words "your pains are not my problems" followed by other words she uttered before walking away. We then asked the young lady at the register for assurance that the next set would be ours, and, given the way the rest of the issues were being handled, all she was able to say in response was that she hoped so. We finally received the remainder of our order and EVERYthing else was cold. We spent $52 on breakfast that was to be ready by 12:11 pm and ended up waiting an additional 31 minutes for a kid's pancake & bacon plate and the ONLY apology that was offered came from the only person that saw the wrong in all of this - the young lady at the register!!! Read moreThe food is usually really good. I've only done pick up or delivery. Customers seem taken care of when dining in. Almost Everytime I order pick up or delivery something is left out or forgotten. Or they'll be out of something and instead of replacing it or giving a refund they just didn't do anything about it you just don't get what you pay for. I just placed a pick up order. I waited for 10 minutes before I was helped or acknowledged when I arrived. Went out to my car and checked the order and saw an entire meal item was left out and so were some condiments my other meal is supposed to come with. Went back in and told the waitress who was at the register what was missing. She literally didn't say anything and walked away to help her table then came back and wrote a ticket and gave it to the line cooks. Still not telling me anything. after a few tickets are done I see them Begin to cook my missing food, they put it in a box behind the counter. waited for about 10 more minutes after it was cooked without being acknowledged. It wasn't until a dine in customer needed to pay that a waitress came to help. Finally was handed my items. From the time I ordered to the the time I get all my food an hour had gone by for 2 breakfast entrees and there was no communication or acknowledgement of mistakes. Read moreI rarely post reviews but I think this place has potential if they change the course they are on before it's too late. So I'm writing this with owner reads it and makes changes instead of chasing the quick and momentary win.
Positives - The price is cheap overall and when getting takeout it's ready when they say it will be.
That's about all the good I can think of for the positive.
Negatives - The service is mediocre at best the grits are soupy to the point they run right through a fork.👀
The omelets are razor thin. Almost as if they wanted as little egg as possible so they legally can call it an omelette.
Even then the presentation is horrible. It looks like the tossed it on the plate from 5 feet away.
When I brought these things to the waitress she tried to tell me that is just how they make it and the grits are supposed to be like that because they add cheese.

The place has a lot of potential but they need to improve the quality of the food and service. After the pandemic ends and more options open up I believe this place will be in trouble if it remains on it's current course.
