Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Germantown

Today was my first time visiting. I’ve always wanted to go as soon as i seen it up! Let me start by saying I was more so pleased with the service more than the food. I train at an upscale restaurant so I value service anywhere I go. But please don’t get me wrong!! My chicken salad was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! So good that I’m going back later today!

Back to the service, Tamicka checked me out! The way she carried herself, her personality, and her recommendations were on point!! I will most definitely tell everyone about her! It was my first time & I had A LOT of questions and she was very pleased to help. Didn’t show a sign of irritation or anything. The place was busy!! But she still didn’t rush my experience and made sure I left out satisfied with my order. She was so energetic and knowledgeable about the products. Just tried to get food from Chicken Salad Chick (Germantown), with no success. Made a sizable mobile order; go to pick it up, and was told, "it's not quite ready" (after the phone rang 7 times and they asked my name twice).

Pulled over and waited 20 more minutes...called again (asked name twice again) and was told, "it will be right out". 5 minutes later, (after watching food come out of the store for 25 minutes) I go in and don't see my order because they had never even started my food. The ticket was sitting on the counter. No manager on duty, just two young girls who appeared to be about 16, and two guys (no hair coverings) in the back.

Turns out that someone had marked my order "complete" without it ever being made. I understand mistakes, but never, ever lie to a customer's face about your error. 08/18/23 Most recent visit. The food is good, but the restaurant needs to be CLEANED. The floors need sweeping/mopping, counters and tables need to be cleaned and the cooler that holds the chicken salad that's already packaged needs to be restored and cleaned. This is GERMANTOWN! I expect better in an area of town that prides itself on being the best. The cooks need to be wearing hair nets, masks and washing their hands and wearing gloves(changing them all throughout the day).

Post prior to 08/18/23: Slow as CHRISTMAS! Two people waiting before us. We waited twenty minutes. One couple waited so long that they left.
