Smoothie King — Restaurant in Germantown

Took FOREVER to get my order. She said “it didn’t print so it’ll take a minute.” I was the only one in the store!! Did they think I was just giving them money to stand there??!! They couldn’t answer any basic questions about the smoothie — this is a first visit and I told her that and I needed a little help. What I got was — unknowledge employees, a 10 minute wait for a drink that I probably didn’t need anyway. My son said this is the worst location - should have listened. After more wasted time I just asked for my money back. That took a while too bc they had to call a manager....

I have come to this place at least every week, typically I go to the Cordova location daily. I'm leaving this review because they always mess my smoothie up. Never apologetic about it, more like slick sarcasm about it. Today, I made a mobile order and just like always, they jacked my beverage up. You would think that they would prioritize and fix it. Instead the young lady proceeded to take a few more orders, making all of their beverages before remaking my beverage. I will not patronize this location again. Customer service...

This place literally is the worst smoothie king in Shelby County. They don’t use gloves, the don’t warranty valid company coupons and make us thief own rules against company policy. I literally just left there they have coupons at the counter and when you try to use one they two girls says that “ I know the coupon says you can use it but my manager told us not sure I accept them on Fridays”. The coupon clearly doesn’t say anything about not valid on Fridays. This place is filthy and should be shut down....
