Been a sleep number customer for years and never had a problem with them until now. My wife and I went in to the Saddle Creek store to confirm a swatch of the upholstered bed and complete the order knowing it takes time to manufacture and deliver. Once I confirmed the color with my wife, I asked for the upholstered bed to be ordered. Apparently it was only "Quoted". With an expiration of 30 days later. I asked before I left the store why this was only a quote and was assured they would complete the order. This was on August 12th. After not hearing about delivery after 4 weeks I call this store back to ask where my order was and they proceeded to tell me I never placed an order when I explicitly asked them to do so and re confirmed when the paper work looked different. So on September 24th they finally placed the order with no explanation as to how the error was made and the manager proceeded to make it like she was doing me a favor putting the sale pricing back in place. After burning over 4 weeks with this issue I called customer service on Sept 27th to explain the issue and have my delivery fees refunded for the incompetence. Customer Service obliged with the refund but they couldn't expedite my delivery despite the attempts. My delivery was today, November 9th on a final sale item as it is custom made according to sleep number which I had to refuse because the manufacturer screwed up and made it two tones of different colors. So now since I can't get a refund, I refused the item and now have to wait till late December or early January for a new upholstered bed. I guess for all the money you have to spend here 4 to 5 months is optimal service for a sub par product from their manufacturer. Since I can't get a refund I will keep refusing until every piece is correct. For the money charged here the expectation is set high, especially since Sleep Number touts themselves as high quality but when it's not met, it's a huge blow and slap in the face. We are highly satisfied with the quality and customer service. 1 month ago I came in to ask questions about what was wrong with MY NUMBER on my sleep number bed and about my pillow. I wasn't sure how much a sales lady was going to be helpful but I was desperate for relief. She was indeed very knowledgeable! After conversing for a while we retested me and found out that my number has not changed in 10 years so I should keep with my original number. However, she did tell me that my old sleep number pillow's foam material is known to get stiff during winter. Ok, so i wasn't crazy, it was indeed my pillow's fault! Yes my pillow felt like a rock and I didn't understand it. We bought a new conformed foam pillow, like my previous, but the material stays soft during winter. 1 week after sleeping with my original number again and the new pillow, my body finally healed. I didn't wake up in pain or stiff. I'm in my 30s with a bad low back. 1 month later I'm completely back to my usual schedule/routine and in far far less pain. Thank you to that sales lady!...

I had priced it out with Brittany since I wanted to have something picked out and ready if my boyfriend and I decided to buy it. Brittany said that I could do that and gave me a "that day friends and family offer". I said I still had to have my boyfriend check it out too but she said she could even check on the 0% financing. She said it was a soft pull and just let her know if we wanted the bed. We ended up not getting the bed. THEN I found out this was not a soft pull but she had actually opened up a credit card in my name. Then when I called back to talk to the manager they called me a liar. Why would I open a credit card for a bed I didn't buy? Why would I jeopardize my home closing by opening a credit card with a bed company that went to my wrong address?
