Noodles Asian Bistro — Restaurant in Germantown

Each time I've gone, they were out of multiple items on the menu, to the point where we had to ask what they did have.

The final straw was a visit where the server was extremely inattentive and rude. We sat for maybe twenty minutes before she came to take one person's order but left without addressing the rest of the table. We had to flag someone else down later in order to place orders for everyone else.

She wasn't the one to bring the food, nor did she check on us during the meal. Once we paid in cash, she disappeared without asking if we wanted our change. It felt like we were practically kicked out of the restaurant after she took our money. The sever made a scene, loudly yelling "goodbye" and making a shooing motion as we tried to ask about our change and carry-out containers.

We were a polite, unfussy table of three. I've never been treated like that before. I was so flustered that I left without my change, but I came back the next day to address the situation. The exchange just didn't sit right with me.

Unfortunately the same server saw me and cornered me, so I didn't get a chance to speak with anyone else about the disrespectful treatment. She made snide remarks about me wanting my little change back. I got it back, but I really wanted to let the restaurant know that my prior experience had been unacceptable. It was 4pm on a Tuesday and I was the only person in the restaurant. Despite that, my server, Austin, was attentive and friendly. My water never emptied, my order was accurate and delicious and I was in and out in under 20 minutes for less than a dollar per minute.

I don’t know how well they handle dinner rushes but I look forward to finding out because the every bit of the food was fantastic, from the spring rolls to the Miso Soup, and the Thai Mango Chicken I had was like a cross between orange chicken and General Tso’s that made me feel sad for anyone with a peanut allergy who couldn’t enjoy it.

This was the second time we visited here and let me tell you it will be the last, we were sat down and about 15 minutes later the waiter finally came over. They were not busy at all there was only about 4 tables. Very rude young man. Brought out the food, never came back asking if we wanted any refills, my daughter got up to place a to go order and he had the nerve to walk over to us and say is something wrong, why is she up there ordering. I said she is getting something to go, we wouldve asked you but you were to busy to come back by. Like all the other reviews the food is not what it is shown in the menu to be.
