We usually buy couple hundred dollars worth of food every other week. The food has been okay, and fresh each time we ordered. I ordered food today (during the afternoon—I have ordered at night every other time), and it was just bad. Our chili paneer was bland, but then had random areas of salt because it wasn’t mixed properly. The chicken in the chicken biryani and the chicken curry was old. It had a horrible after taste. Just a reminder, this was never our experience from prior orders. However, today, we didn’t touch the food past a few bites.

I asked my wife to reach out to the restaurant to let them know, and see what they could do since we had spent over 100 bucks in food and barely ate anything. I judge a restaurant on their handling of common issues such as this. After calling and not hearing back when promised, my wife followed up. “Bobby”, who always takes our order on the phone simply told my wife that they could simply remake 2 of the 5 dishes and that’s it. I don’t understand how that’s a solution when our entire meal was ruined, and we paid for 5 meals. (All but 1 were chicken). After he said that, I told my wife to simply let it go, and that we would never be ordering from them again and she can make them aware. Bobby simply said thank you and hung up.

From now on, we will make sure to find another Indian restaurant. Not because the food being bad one time was a big deal, but because we saw how the restaurant treats their regular customers over a...

After my graduation we searched for Indian restaurant and this restaurant pop up so read the reviews before we go to dine in and I really regret it. I don’t recommend this restaurant at all. I have ate couple of Indian restaurant in Memphis but this restaurant is the worst and very poor, I order garlic naan bread and Salmon Tikka masala with expectation of an authentic Indian cousin but this restaurant far from it. The Salmon Tikka Masala was horrible it doesn’t taste good and it was very watery only thing that you will taste is the masala spicy and the salmon was fishy and naan bread they must remove it from the menu because it was an insult and mockery for Indian cousin, we called the server and we asked him to call the manager unfortunately he told us he is the manager and this is the way chef cook also we don’t put salt on any of the dishes and this their standard and I asked him to take food back to give us the bill. Over all my experience...

Absolutely ridiculous! So we had food we liked it. (Food isn’t the problem)Then a server came out with this appetizer dish we didn’t order so we thought it was complimentary like the other Indian restaurants we go to. The check comes and they charged us twice for this dish we didn’t ask for, then on the bill they have an “administration fee” which they claim is charging you extra for using a card to pay on top of tax btw (there is no sign or disclaimer on the menus saying this)THEN they decided that they were automatically going to charge us 20% gratuity with out even letting you write in your tip. Upon talking to other customers I found out that this is common for them to try to charge you for things you didn’t ask for and all the other hidden fees. I’m never coming here which really is a shame because I liked their food.

This is egg biryani. It was supposed to be medium heat. The taste was very plain. When I called the order over the phone, the cost was 16.99 per plate. When I paid, they charged my card $19.25 and I was not provided a copy of the credit card receipt to even sign it or see what they charged. I took the copy that the resturant keeps to sign it then questioned the big difference in price; they informed me there is a credit card fee! At no point the fee was mentioned till after the fact the card was charged! I’m surprised this restaurant still exists in such a nice part of town! Tables cloths need some serious cleaning from the sides, top looks good but sides would make you want to leave the place. Wouldn’t recommend it for Indian cuisine!
