We usually buy couple hundred dollars worth of food every other week. The food has been okay, and fresh each time we ordered. I ordered food today (during the afternoon—I have ordered at night every other time), and it was just bad. Our chili paneer was bland, but then had random areas of salt because it wasn’t mixed properly. The chicken in the chicken biryani and the chicken curry was old. It had a horrible after taste. Just a reminder, this was never our experience from prior orders. However, today, we didn’t touch the food past a few bites.
I asked my wife to reach out to the restaurant to let them know, and see what they could do since we had spent over 100 bucks in food and barely ate anything. I judge a restaurant on their handling of common issues such as this. After calling and not hearing back when promised, my wife followed up. “Bobby”, who always takes our order on the phone simply told my wife that they could simply remake 2 of the 5 dishes and that’s it. After he said that, I told my wife to simply let it go, and that we would never be ordering from them again and she can make them aware. Bobby simply said thank you and hung up.
From now on, we will make sure to find another Indian restaurant. Not because the food being bad one time was a big deal, but because we saw how the restaurant treats their regular customers over a...

Read moreAfter my graduation we searched for Indian restaurant and this restaurant pop up so read the reviews before we go to dine in and I really regret it. I don’t recommend this restaurant at all. I have ate couple of Indian restaurant in Memphis but this restaurant is the worst and very poor, I order garlic naan bread and Salmon Tikka masala with expectation of an authentic Indian cousin but this restaurant far from it. The Salmon Tikka Masala was horrible it doesn’t taste good and it was very watery only thing that you will taste is the masala spicy and the salmon was fishy and naan bread they must remove it from the menu because it was an insult and mockery for Indian cousin, we called the server and we asked him to call the manager unfortunately he told us he is the manager and this is the way chef cook also we don’t put salt on any of the dishes and this their standard and I asked him to take food back to give us the bill.
