McDonald's — Restaurant in Gibson City

First off I went through the drive-thru ordered a large chocolate shake a McDouble hamburger and the girl kept saying McDouble, McDouble and I said hamburger McDouble hamburger and then when she went to repeat back my order she said a McDouble and I said hamburger and she cut me off pulled up and she said I'm sorry I cut you off at this point I knew I was not getting a McDouble hamburger which I thought was okay I just don't like their cheese on their hamburgers, after getting my food got out of town went to take a drink of my shake and it tasted like strawberries called and told them about it and they asked me if it was dark or light and color I said it's a chocolate shake that tastes like a strawberry so obviously after you've made something someone didn't clean the machine. They said that they'd give me a free meal for it, so...

Came in at 10:45 pm, nobody else customer wise was there, we waited 15 minutes for our food and got told rudely by the manager that they were now closed and we had to leave (we couldn't be in the lobby) Got outside to the truck to eat, nuggets were far overcooked and comparable to cardboard, burger (triple hamburger with one slice of cheese and onion, really simple) was messily thrown together and dry, a little cold. Fries were soggy and starting to go cold too. Will never be coming back to this goddamn location, night was already horrible and the sheer incompetence of the employees and the rude one who told us to leave after making us wait until they closed was enough to make me dump my fries and nuggets out and leave. Absolutely horrible. My order of buttermilk chi Ken strips were over cooked & tasted terrible. 1 of the strips was no bigger than a nuggett. My husband ordered 1/4 cheese ketchup only. Well he got enough ketchup for it burger to go swimming. They replaced it with another one with just as much ketchup. We aLos asked that the fries be replaced with fresh ones once his sandwich was replaced. His 3rd burger wasn't cooked all the way. Dr. Pepper & ice tea self serve were empty. All we got from the asst mgr was a half hearted I'm sorry. I told him we always stop here on our way to Paxton which is only about 15 miles away but this would be the last time.
