The young man working was very confused about my order and my inquiry. I have Celiac disease which means I can not eat foods with gluten in them. I asked him if he could check the Ingredients on the chocolate ice cream and M&Ms to confirm it did not contain gluten. He said he did not have an Ingredients list to check and see but said it should just be dairy. I opted to still proceed with my order of a small chocolate ice cream and M&Ms to which he was confused by and wasn't sure how to make. After he consulted with another staff member, he charged my card $5 and some change and he added the smallest amount of chocolate ice cream and M&Ms to a cup. When he handed it to me I was shocked to see the cup wasn't even half full of ice cream. I was able to consume this in 4 bites.
The staff needs some training on Ingredients and how to handle orders with questions about Ingredients, and then how to make an order with more than 4 bites of ice cream in the cup.
This was my first visit to Andy's and honestly it was not the best experience at all. Very disappointed all together in this experience.
Attached is a picture of my order to show that the cup contained very...

Must-tries • Double Double Malt Milkshake: Thick, malty perfection—easily the best shake in town. • Strawberry Shortcake Sundae: Fresh berries, warm cake, cold custard… pure nostalgia in a cup. • Concretes: Love the surprise layer of mix-ins tucked right through the center. (Skip the lemon concrete, though—flavor didn’t land for me.)
The custard itself is ultra-creamy, making it a great change-up from ordinary ice cream. Prices run a bit high, but the quality and portion size justify the splurge.
Bottom line: If you’re craving something cold, rich, and consistently delicious, head straight for Andy’s—start with the Double Double Malt and...
Read moreI feel it was very rude for the boy at the drive threw window to tell me to pull around the other side of the building in the sun to wait for him to bring me out my icecream. There was not one other person in line behind me and he told me it was to keep his drive threw timer down. So in fact lying to his company on how quick they are being. I had my daughter sitting directly in the sun and if we stayed in the drivethrew we would have been in the shade. I felt it was very rude! Im a big regular, going to that location 2-3 times a week! I will be going to a different location from now on even if it is farther away from my house! Then i said i would just stay in the drivethrew and he made me feel so bad that i just pulled around to the other side! I would get rid of...
