HuDa Pho - Gilbert — Restaurant in Gilbert

I hate to be this person, but I’m extremely frustrated with what I saw when I went to get a drink there today. I had to use the restroom. There was a sign on the door that said “Sink Broken” which was fine as I had hand sanitizer in my purse. When I got to the restroom, I was disgusted with what I saw. You can tell no one has cleaned that bathroom in months. There was not an ounce of toilet paper in the whole bathroom, even though there were two empty rolls and 3 empty paper towel holders. There were empty cleaners all over the floor. There were 0 seat liners. The urinal had toilet paper all over inside of the urinal that was clearly there for longer than it needed to be. There was urine all over the floor next to the urinal, urine on the toilet seat, and yes the sink was broken like the sign said. Miss Dessert, do better. The drinks have declined over the years and today the poppers were almost old and mushy. Everything just seemed off. I have attached pictures, but at this point this is a biohazard as you are a restaurant that serves food/drinks. The girl that works the store is so sweet. We use come here a lot and the atmosphere was very positive and you felt welcome. After the last visit Im finding someplace else to spend my money. Just walking in you could feel the negative energy. I felt invisible because the employee acted like noone was in there till we actually ordered. Usually they smile and ask if we have any questions. A face I was familiar with came out and I said hi. She ignored me, last time she was new and acted like my best friend. It's ironic cause a customer came in and they they questioned about why she does not come in much anymore. Ordered the cheese peach oolong tea, durian pancake, purple snowman(kinda rice icecream). All very fresh, especially the durian cake. I asked half sugar for my tea and added herbal jelly. The black sticky rice in the snowman taste just right in softness. I wish I can have more of the rice. Only thing not perfect is the oolong tea. I feel it's too light, more of the peachy flavor. But everything else is great. Store is clean, quiet, staffs are friendly and informative. I even ordered the topping separately when I left. The top little box in my photo is the Aiyu(爱玉）-sweet palm tree jelly. The bottom is the Sago(西米露）-tasteless but smooth. It's great to try a variety...
