Service was extremely slow for having five employees working. Got a dipped cone and a sundae waited 15 minutes. Get your Dilly Dilly :) My Local DQ also has an Orange Julius so it offers a lot of variety. The drive up menu board is easy to see and easy to order from. The customer service is always friendly, service with a smile and the food is always delicious and has a good presentation. It's a bit pricey but cheaper than other places and totally worth the price. Plus, the happy hour from 2-4 offers various choices at a bargain price. 1940: First Dairy Queen® store opens in Joliet, Illinois. 1949: DQ® introduces malts and shakes. 1951: Banana splits appear on the menu. 1953: First DQ® store opens in Canada. 1955: The Dilly® Bar debuts. 1957: The Dairy Queen®/Brazier® concept is introduced. 1958: The Dairy Queen®/Brazier® food products are introduced. 1961: The Mr. Misty® slush treat cools throats in the warm South. 1962: International Dairy Queen, Inc. Such a great place for dessert! Good location and very friendly staff. Melody was cheerful and did a great job taking and making our order. Good selection: from cones to shakes to sundaes to blizzards and so on. Even burgers, fries, chicken fingers and soft pretzels. Then there's the freezer with ice cream cakes (you can order them in advance for personalized creations too) and a selection of dilly bars to take home.

The Tim Anderson burger was horrible. Whom every came up with that burger must been a real idiot, total bad marketing. Only one slice tomato and one leaf of lettuce, an oily bacon and the beef patty was not fresh. The fries and shake was okay.

Will not be returning. We had arranged to pick up a birthday cake after work. My family member whose birthday it was and myself are both frontline healthcare workers, and were short on time after work. I had made an arrangement days prior to pick up the cake on a set day, only to arrive to a closed restaurant with a sign posted stating “Curbside and patio service, please call”. I called multiple times and never received an answer, then noticed one of the teenage workers inside pick up the phone and set it off the hook so that I would receive a busy signal upon calling back. I proceeded to knock on the door multiple times before another teenager who was sitting on her tablet at the counter came over and rudely pointed to the sign on the door stating lobby is closed, use drive thru. By this time, the line was wrapped around the store and out into the street. We did not get in the line and left without our cake. We have been ordering cakes at this location for years for birthdays and celebrations, but never again. Management: Properly train your teenage employees on customer service. Being busy is not an excuse to shake off job duties. It also may be worth noting that your employees should be working, not playing around on their tablets on company time. This is the most poorly run Dairy Queen I have...

Awesome food! We just stopped by Dairy Queen off Gilbert Rd and I have to say I am beyond impressed! Our food was amazing! To top it, it was super busy and still managed to recieve the best customer service and freshest food! It was so good, I called Dairy Queen to get the cooking staff's name! I want to give a huge shout out to Lauren & Alexis! I hope you guys are recognized for the business you bring! I am a customer service manager and would steal you ladies in a heart beat! To the people at headquarters, I really hope you know how big of an asset these ladies are! To give you an idea we will no longer eat at any other fast food except Dairy Queen! Your business is in great hands! Thank you again!

I'm sick of paying what I would for a good restuarant and getting cold food, guess I don't have to worry about that anymore! Thank you again Alexis & Lauren! Keep up the...
