It was lunch time and the drive thru line was long so I decided to park and go inside to get my carry out order. Parking was ample. Outside tables had families enjoying the gorgeous AZ weather eating a meal together. Nice! Inside the place was busy and there was a line to order. I hesitated and almost left, but the line moved quickly. When it was my turn to order Margaret greeted me with a warm smile, asking me how I was. She then patiently helped me put my order together considering what would be cost effective with combos and single order burgers. Margaret went above and beyond, the whole time with a smile and genuine concern regarding my satisfaction. Jasmine then stepped up with a smile and helped me with my drink cups and directed me towards the drink counter. The entire restaurant was SPOTLESS! Too many times I’ve been to fast food restaurants and the drink bar is destroyed with trash and overflowing drink troughs. Not here! It was clean and well stocked with cups, lids and straws. There was a young man who was refilling the lemonade while I was there and he stopped what he was doing and asked me if I was finding the drinks I needed and if I need assistance. I sat in front of the counter and waited 5 minutes for my food. I saw Margaret and Jasmine greeting every customer, taking orders, giving each customer their full attention. I wish every restaurant had such caring and competent staff as this location. The cook staff was impressive; organized and hustling to get the food cooked and I saw them double check every order to assure accuracy. The food was absolutely amazing! Burgers were juicy and tasty and the fries were steaming hot and fresh with the perfect amount of salt. I like the way each burger has topping in place (not sliding out) and is double wrapped. Besides this location being spotless, well run, having excellent employees like Margaret and Jasmine, the value for the food is incredible! I paid LESS than McD’s, Wendy’s, Burger King and I received better service and food at a much cleaner restaurant. Check this particular location out, you won’t be...
Read moreNope. I've eaten at many In-N-Outs. This one sucks. Tonight I ordered a Double Double and a medium drink. They gave me and charged me for a Double Double, a fry and a medium drink. I was also charged separately for each item rather than charged for the meal. I also ordered the Double Double a specific way-- spread only with grilled onions and a triple toasted bun. Well they put tomatoes on it. The bun was also not triple toasted. I feel cheated that I got a fry that I did not ask for. I didn't want the fries and I want the money back that they charged me for them. I literally did not even eat any of the fries. I just threw them away. Why they wouldn't at least charge me the meal price instead of charging me separately for each item is beyond me. Also, I called customer service and they said they would send me a voucher for a Double Double meal. Well I'm sorry but that's just not what I want. I don't want the fries that will come with that meal when I get it and I want my money back, not just a voucher. Also, this meal ended up costing me $8.09 instead of the $6.00 or so it would have costed me if they had just given and charged me for what I ordered. Sales tax was 7.80% for this meal. I really wasn't expecting to pay that much and the voucher really doesn't make it any better. This establishment, like many in my area, seem to get away with stuff like this simply because they are the only In-N-Out or other establishment around. I would have to drive pretty far to get to another one. They need to make their employees do their jobs. When I worked at McDonald's I didn't...

If there's room for improvement, it might be in their french fries. While they're freshly cut, some may find the shoestring fries a bit too dry. However, considering that two people can enjoy a burger each for under a total of eight dollars, it's a minor drawback in an otherwise delightful dining experience when you need a quick...
