Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Gilbert

This was the most terrible customer service I’ve ever received in my life. On Saturday after a concert my friend and I went to jack in the box and was helped out by an employee named Miguel. He was so rude. We started out making our order, ordered 2 meals and drove to the window to pay. My friend and I smiled and said hi and you could immediately tell he was in a bad mood. We proceeded to pay and he gave us our drinks first , he asked if we ordered the chicken fajita, I said no. He then got upset and said “yes you did, you said that” my friend who was a witness said “no” we ordered the chicken tater meal for $6. I even specified I wanted the one that was SIX DOLLARS. He then proceeded to say again “no you didn’t say that, but it’s fine I’ll change it” and still charged my card for the wrong order. I told him “how did you get the drinks right but the order wrong” he shut the window and went to make the food. When he got back I asked him for the receipt and that’s when he called me “puta madre” he obviously didn’t know I spoke Spanish. He left again and came back with our food but while making it he was mumbling under his breath and was visibly upset, I was looking at the receipt and seen he still hadn’t changed the price so when he came back with the food I ATTEMPTED TO ASK HIM ABOUT THE PRICING, and he YELLED AT ME SAYING “I know”, I tried to be nice and keep my mouth shut. But he was so disrespectful I had to ask for a refund. He snatched the receipt from my hand and gave us cash back, without a receipt for the return. I asked for the receipt back and he said “No IM NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE YOU THE RECIEPT, you have your cash leave” then SLAMMED THE WINDOW AS I WAS TRYING TO REACH FOR A RECIEPT.

I also visited the store the day after, the staff already knew what happened and started speaking in Spanish about it. I asked to speak to a manager and they didn’t have anyone on duty!

Nonetheless I’ve never been so unsatisfied with service before! That guy Miguel was just plain rude and disrespectful! NO STARS IF THAT...

I live close to this place, and love Jack in the Box. The past few times, I have gone in, the service, the food, and the late night guy have all been bad. This last time was the worst. We ordered $53.00 in food. Two Sourdough Jacks, a Big Cluck, some tacos, and a milkshake. When I got home. Sourdough Jacks were cold, old and the ketsup was soaked through the bread. We paid for a premium chicken sandwich, and got the cheep one. Wouldn't have been that bad, but, once again, it was not fresh. The tacos were very drenched, in the dirty fry oil. And Very Soggy. The only half way decent thing, was the milkshake. It was 11pm, and we were very hungry and tired. I took all of the unused food back, to ask for fresh food, the window guy, was very nasty. Told me I had to call the manager. The next day I went in, talked to a lady that gave me a phone number to call. I called, nobody ever answered. So I went in. They said the manager was not in, I left my name and phone number. No call back. I went in every day, for three days. They gave me the same story. Finally on Wednesday, I showed up. I asked to speak with the Manager, a lady came up, and said she was the manager. She was there, all three days, that they told me she was out. I told her my story, showed her the receipt, and the photos that I took. She said there was nothing she could do for me. I questioned it, and she gave me a burger, and said that was all Jack in the Box. You all need to get it together. Forgot to mention the window guy, tried to keep my credit card. What a low life, also Shame on Jack in the Box, for keeping this crook around. I will probably never go back. I have taken this disrespectful place for way too long And now, four weeks later. I still got nothing. This place does not care if you come...

When it comes to fast food, Jack in the Box is a name that many people recognize. This particular location that I recently visited was your normal, everyday Jack in the Box. While there wasn't anything that really blew me out of the water, there also wasn't anything that made me scared of it either. That's why I decided to give it four stars.

One thing that I appreciated about this Jack in the Box was that the food was really good. I ordered some of their classic items, like a burger and fries, and they were exactly what I was expecting. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and well-seasoned. I also tried out one of their newer menu items, and I have to say, it was pretty tasty as well.

Another thing that I noticed about this location was that it was clean. The dining area was well-maintained and tidy, and the staff members were constantly wiping down tables and counters. I appreciate when a fast food restaurant takes the time to keep things clean, as it shows that they care about their customers' experience.

Overall, I don't have anything bad to say about this Jack in the Box location. At the same time, I don't have anything super positive to say either. It was a solid fast food experience, and I would definitely come back if I was in the area and looking for a quick bite to eat.
