I had ordered a pizza online around 10:30 at night. I made sure they were still open before I ordered. It showed they were open till 1 AM. My order was successfully made. I got an email and text confirming it. The text had a link so I could track my order. I check it and it said they were making my order and that it would be delivered between 32-42 minutes. Great! As it got closer to the time I checked the tracking and it was still being prepared. No problem! It’s a Saturday night. I get it. Finally after about 30 minted after the expected time I tried calling in to see if I could just get an update on my order. It was just a busy tone. I tried again about 5 minutes later, busy tone. I waited about another hour and nothing so I just gave up. I called the next day. The guy that I spoke with informed me that they close at 10 due to short staffing. I completely understand it’s not his fault but why allow orders to come in if the store isn’t open. He told me that my money should go back on my card in a couple of days and that of it doesn’t I can call back then to get it taken care of. Read moreMy order was a disaster. My order was very difficult to place online, it also asked me if I wanted to have it taken to my car. I wanted it to be delivered to my car because I had my baby with me. When I showed up there was no specific place for me to park for it to be brought out so I parked directly in front of the door. There was no way of getting a hold of them to drop off the food so I had to leave my baby in the car to grab my food real quick. Once I finally got my food and got home I realize that my pizza was completely raw. We had to put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes. All during this time I was trying to get a hold of the location to let them know of the mishap. I called six different times and got hung up on every single time . I finally called corporate and they said that they would give me a call back to resolve the issue. I still haven’t heard anything...
Read moreI don’t know what needs to change, but something does. First off, this Detroit Style pizza looks NOTHING like the commercial! Second, it came soooo doughy and under cooked that now I have to put this in the oven to finish it! Sauce is everywhere, slices are cut so uneven! How hard is it to cut a pizza?! I’ve tried to call the store a few times now to complain, get a refund…SOMETHING…ANYTHING, but no one answers the phone and it just hangs up on me. If I wanted to have my kids make my pizza, I could have done that (and we have, and it comes out better!) *2nd pic is to show you how uneven the slices are.
I didn’t want to have to heat up my whole oven to finish cooking a pizza so I tried to do a few slices in my toaster oven and now there’s cheese everywhere that I need to clean....
