Worst McDonalds ever! Dined in, cashier messed messed up my order completely, but didn't give me a receipt after I paid, so I didn't know till our disgusting order was up! I ordered the Bacon Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal with Medium Fries & Large Caramel Macchiato substituted for the beverage. What I got was a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese with NO BACON & STILL RAW in the middle of BOTH PATTIES, SMALL Fries, LARGE Fountain Beverage & 1 SMALL Caramel Macchiato AT ADDITIONAL COST! When I spoke to the Manager about my Macchiato, all he would do to fix it is actually give me the Large Beverage cup I had already paid for but not received! Then when I asked him what temperature he believed my burger had been cooked to, he snottily replied "175!", even though I was showing him the raw burger I had been given! I asked him to please make it again, but the correct burger I actually ordered (with Bacon) & meat cooked to a proper temperature & he did....still no bacon. When asked why, he replied that I didn't pay for bacon, even though I ordered it & already tried to pay for it! This place sucks! Go elsewhere, for your own safety!!! Also, the playground was closed when we arrived & it should've been open. Had to beg the cashier then the manager to let my daughter play im the playland that should've still been open! Disgusting food, disgusting...

Beware Horrible place!!! My father and I got off work and went to this McDonald’s, we ordered 5 sausage McMuffin and 4 hash browns. We drove home which was 20 minutes and open the bag do discover that we only got 1 hash brown instead of 4 so my father called and told the lady manager that we only received 1 hash brown and In a rude aggressive tone saying he’s a liar and said we only order 1 which was not true because we have the receipt. We went back which was 20 minutes and told them we are the ones that called. They gave us the food and didn’t apologize so we head home and to our surprise we did not have the 4 hash browns we asked for it was 1, but they gave us 2 extra sausage McMuffin. We called and we told the same lady so she started throwing f bombs and slurs and it was REALLY unprofessional and she said do you expect me to remember everyone’s order so we hang up and let it go. The worker there are horrible to my father and I and made us spend so much gas and time it was traumatizing and we will never come to...

The manager told me I should go to BK if I don't like the wait time. I told him well it wouldn't be that long if you didn't have to take employees with you to throw out a trash can and then waste time telling them about your life and how you are a franchise owner. Freaking lame. An employee told me he tells them that he's the franchise owner like that means something LOL that just means he's the only one getting paid well while the other people just come and go like a revolving door. No wonder his reviews are terrible because a franchise owner / manager talks like this . The appropriate thing would have been to apologize for the wait time and maybe throw in a free coffee since I'm there every morning. I will not be returning tomorrow or in the future to make purchases. Luckily there is 5000 McDonald's from my house to that location.
