After picking my Son from the Airport yesterday we went to this location to enjoy a nice dinner. When we arrived, we were told the wait was about 5 minutes. No big deal, they looked busy and we didn't mind waiting. About 8 minutes later we were seated and that is were things went bad. First of all, we sat there for a good 10 minutes without anyone acknoweling us or taking our drink order. I was finally able to flag down a waitress a couple of tables down to talk to us. She told us she would find out who our waiter/waitress is, and at least asked us if we wanted something to drink and if we wanted to start with an appetizer. Well, getting the drinks still took over 5 minutes, but then a manager by the name of Jeff came out, apologized and told us the appetizer was on the house. That made us feel appreciated and understood. Mind you, we still did not know the waitress by name, she had only dropped off the drinks and voila, was gone. The waitress who originally apologized and asked what we wanted to drink brought out the bread. It didn't take to long to get our appetizer. We sat back and waited for our dinner and waited and waited. We were seated about just before 6pm, it was around 7:05 our food was finally brought out. We both had ordered the Ribeyes with loaded mased potatoes. I ordered peppercorn sauce to top my steak, my son ordered garlic butter and onions. Well, my steak had garlic butter all over, the steak was cold, I mean, I was able to pick it up and hold it in my hand. The loaded mashed potatoes, were cold as well. So was the peppercorn sauce. To have to wait this long for food in a restaurant, which by this time was starting to look pretty empty and receive cold food, was not acceptable. I will at least say this. Jeff, the manager, came out and profusely apologized. He not only comped everything we had until that time, but he also provided us with $ 60.00 in gift cards and asked us to please give them another chance. This shocked me very much. But, in a good way. We were obviously very upset, but Jeff made this unbelievably better. We were hungry when we got home, obviously, but because of Jeff, we at least left with a determention to try them another time and hopefully, I will then be able to give them 5 stars. I gave them 3 today, because the bloomin onions where good, but Jeff took them from 0-1 stars up. Thank you Jeff for doing such a great job. I really appreciate...

The server really not making us feel welcomed or important I understand there's other people in her section I know as a former retired server/food industry but making one table feel that others that are sat around them and taking good care of them first than that table is the upmost disrespect I've ever encountered literally out with my family my fiance and our 3 kids and my sister were here to eat and just felt out of place like we were asking too much when we kept repeating what we needed and not to even mention the side of chili costs extra with the meal deal they have going on was an okay like we understand mistakes happen but it doesn't happen EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!! Is absolutely ridiculous then not fully listening to things we asked for didn't mind it till our dishes started to accumulate on our table and I looked around as every other table she's had she cleared off there table with NO PROBLEM!! Started to make me feel disgusted even tho I'm not the type to have dishes crowd our table especially as a server myself I wouldn't want my guests feel like there's no where to place food on the table or let it sit for others around to see. Very disgusting came to asking for another drink she never had the time but had time to run boxes or other refills to her other tables like 3x as we were still sitting and waiting. Came to all of us being done and wanting dessert still haven't seen her she stopped and asked what we wanted we told her raspberry cheese cake but somehow got "plain" cheese cake was the last straw had to leave, had my fiance to ask for a bag for our food from the seater person and he took forever like he went on a hike to get a bag. Over all everyone needs better punctuality and respect when a customer is asking nicely throughout the whole night just servers talking mostly the younger ones and really made me mad I just had to hold myself together left just overall very disappointed, disgusted, disrespected, uncared for.... You get tipped based off how you serve I believe and just wasn't great at all was supposed to be a great family night if you're planning on eating with family DON'T!! if you want half service, can't take the time back but the damage is already...

After coming here 2-5 times a month for 4 years we saw the decline in standards. We have since dropped to once a quarter and that may be too often. It is time to take our family gatherings elsewhere.
The food is good (no longer great) when done as ordered. Too often our protein temps are way off. For example, I order medium and it is a 50/50 that I will get it delivered that way. I have received everything from rare (closer to blue than rare) to beyond well done (grey in the middle). When done right the food is only slightly over valued.
The sides are also a mixed bag. I typically order broccoli and it is delivered anywhere from barely steamed (firm) to over cooked mush. Salads...getting extra dressing is a challenge and never is delivered by the expediters. I have learned to always catch the server for the reminder and even at that the request gets filled half the time.
Service is also hit or miss. Most of the time the issue is timeliness or lack thereof. The typical level of service over the past 2 years is friendly but forgetful and late with the drinks often sitting empty for more time than even half full. Or just straight out inattentive. 50/50 on that as well.
The worst, though, is the bathrooms. The most dirty, shoddy, messy bathroom I have been in. To get an idea of what I mean consider that the fixtures do not fit each other, not flush with the wall and the trim looks like a toddler cut them (will get a photo if I am back there again). They are dirtier than the dirtiest gas station bathrooms I have ever been in (and I was a road warrior for 7 years). These are so bad that I would rather go across to OfficeMax than use these.
What a shame because this used to be a great place to go on a regular basis. It is just too rare to have all of the elements done close to correct on the same visit. Now I am to the point that I will sell the gift cards I receive and find somwhere else to have our friends and family...
