First Impression Review: Wonderful! The entire experience was wonderful. Today was my very first time visiting this Spa, and I plan on coming back.

I am a Curvy Plus size girl and have been turned away or refused service due to my size. Not here! The Massage Chair was very comfortable even at my size. They willingly accommodated my request to do my pedicure and manicure separately without any hesitation. I find the experience much more enjoyable that way.

Three individuals worked with me. Kelvin warmly greeted me and made sure I was comfortable. He was very hands on and assisting everyone making certain the place runs smooth. Kim was superb giving me a fabulous pedicure. She was meticulous and thorough every step of the way. Andy was incredibly detailed with my manicure. He was also meticulous and gentle. He went above and beyond making sure the length and the shape of my fingernails were even.

I appreciate how this spa operates. From what I saw everyone clearly takes their time, doing a wonderful job and never rushing. In other nail salons I got used to flinching in pain when my nails were filed down or clipping my cuticles due to how rushed the nail technicians were. Today I was shocked how smoothly both my pedicure and manicure went. Andy even told me to let him know if I feel any discomfort. I wanted a relaxing experience and that’s what I got. Coming from a vacation with lots of walking - Kim doing the Deluxe Pedicure was exactly what I needed. If you get any additional luxuries such as a hot towel or hot stone expect them to be wonderfully hot. Nothing is weak lukewarm.

I have been going to the place for years and have loved watching the growth of the company. I unfortunately have been disappointed in their ability to eyebrows, two years ago I had a lady do them before a trip and she butchered them, wait two years later and it was the same lady. I gave her another chance, this time clearly described what I wanted and she still messed them up. She is very tweezer happy and when she messes up tries to fix them by butchering them. Then fast forward a couple of weeks, I still chose to keep going because they’ve NEVER disappointed me with my nails. I walk it and the guy wearing a blue shirt with some gaudy belt that was supposed to be Gucci sat in his phone for a good two minutes before my boyfriend said something and he noticed us. I’m assuming it was because the boss wasn’t in. Thhhhennnnnn...... I was getting my nails done and realized he didn’t listen to anything I had said I wanted with my nails. Last time i was in I decided I would get the dip, I was sold. I came in today and I specifically said and did the little hand signal for dip and they did a complete fill on me instead. I went with it because they both have the same result but the guy didn’t hear me at all, same guy at the from desk. They fast forward to checking out, I said I wanted to tip the guy 10 dollars and he only tipped him 5.... either he needs hearing aids or to put him in charge somewhere else. I have to say for a $25 manicure I was very disappointed, it was very uncomfortable having to do a manicure and a pedicure at the same time, not to mention I told the lady I don’t like when the use the machine to file nails because it leaves my nail’s rough and it make them thinners, the description they put on the 5 start manicure they make it seen more fancy then what it is. All you getting is a very dry service and cut your cuticles and a 2 minute massage on each side of your arm not even your hands. There is not hot towel or anything of that nature. Im disappointed to say that’s false advertising you get a lot more somewhere else for $15-20 regular manicure.

I would also like to add that even though my experience with the manicure was not the best!! the pedicure was a much very well experience the person who did it she was very kind and friendly that’s the only reason I didn’t complain and left her a good tip she was trying making conversation and ensure my color was great and the perfect match!!

For the rest of the staff I would like to say! treat your customers with more respect not like you are better than them!! I work on the customer service facing environment and because of staff like this a lot of business are out of business, and please don’t judge a book by its covered just because I don’t wear my wealth doesn’t mean I should be treated...
