After having recently moved to AZ, & finally having the opportunity to purchase a home with a pool... patio furniture was one of my major priorities to transform my new backyard from good to great. As with most, I did my usual 'research' with several businesses throughout the valley (including Lowes), and eventually swung by Arizona Iron Patio Furniture in Gilbert. Considering my younger age & 'amateur' status with all things patio furniture, I was initially a bit cautious regarding the price point of the pieces that I preferred. However, after speaking with Jim, I quickly recognized that the quality of this furniture is intended to literally last a lifetime, and replacement would never be a variable; as compared to cheaper variants from big box home improvement stores. Arizona Iron Furniture only powder coats the frame of their pieces to heavily extend lifespan - along with use premium Sunbrella fabrics that can be replaced at any time, if something goes 'awry.' With these factors considered, the pricing justification would actually be much cheaper vs. replacing a full set furniture every 4-6 years due to the AZ sun.
Options for furniture, communication with the sales staff, & education on the products were all wonderfully professional. Working in manufacturing myself, it's clear that AZ iron furniture sells a product that they happily stand behind due to its genuine quality, which is quite frankly, the best I've ever encountered. When some of the specifics of my order had easily resolvable issues, the owner of the company reached out to personally reconcile the concerns within a 24hr time window. This level of service literally can't be found elsewhere in the valley (nor my home of Myrtle Beach, SC), & when combined with the product, it's hard for me to consider ever reviewing outdoor furniture from another business in the valley. Don't make the same mistake that I did & dwell on the price point - it IS worth every penny. The products are manufactured to last a lifetime, and the customer service is unparalleled. This is a privately owned entity, and their product quality & level of service is simply outstanding.

Read moreWe have had our patio table and chairs for about 1week now and are very pleased with them. Construction and finish are excellent. These are good heavy outdoor furniture that are not going anywhere in a good Arizona blow. The cushions for chairs are well made and fit as they should. I did a test fit for the storage cover that covers the table and chairs and it is excellent. Actually better than what I thought it would. Having said all the good stuff there are some issues that could be done to make things even better. We ordered an umbrella for our table and the hole in the table is larger than umbrella stem which lets the umbrella move around to much. Also I am concerned about it wearing the powder coating out in the hole. There should be a bushing to correct this. The same issue is also in the lower support where the screw lock is located. This is another issue in as much as you almost have to get under the table to turn the lock. It would be easy to make this so the handle is located near the edge of table at the upper end of a table leg. Also the lock screw very easily dents the umbrella stem. Since the cushions are removed often it would have been nice for the tie straps to have had Velcro sewn to them. Again this is very nice high quality patio furniture and I would highly recommend it. For the price paid it would be nice if the things mentioned would be remedied. Much to nice to have these issues. I would give this a 5star but due to the cut corners on the listed items...
Read moreI purchased patio furniture from this store about three years ago. The staff is friendly and you definitely get a way better product than any box store can offer. I love that you can choose the pieces, the style, the color and finish of the metal, and the fabric design and even how plump of cushions. I had no complaints until last year when I started seeing any paint exposed to sunlight was flaking off. My patio is covered. The amount of sunlight exposure is minimal. Yet more and more paint are flaking off. My biggest complaint is that for how expensive the furniture is, and ranting about the powder coat. I can see there was never primer put on the metal before the powder coat. I realize that some powder coatings don't require primer but obviously this isn't maintaining a bond with the metal and therefore creating a shortened lifespan of the furniture. I am disappointed in this and it's more than one piece. It's the sofa and the fire pit. So obviously not a one spot situation. Hopefully they are...
