Amazing pizza! The crust was just right, thin without being too thin. The sauce is sweet with a special flavor that adds a lot to the pizza. The cheese you can tell is really good quality stuff, stringy and delicious. That hibiscus green tea was a perfect brew. We got 3 desserts and they were all fantastic. The brownie with the gelato was decadent. The brownie was almost crispy and Cakey with a bit of fudginess. It’s like they put all 3 possibilities of a brownie into one and topped it with gelato and chocolate sauce. The cannoli, crispy and flaky and filled with a mascarpone cheese. I don’t have a word for the texture of the cheese it’s somewhere between creamy and soft cheesecake, but mildly sweet. The the red velvet dingdong, I loved that chocolate coating and the cream filling inside. The interior was nice and clean, a comfortable and welcoming setting to eat out with family or friends. The staff takes good care of you while making you feel comfortable.

I've heard great things about Spinatos but hadn't tried it until today. Amazing service! I didn't get the woman's name but she was very helpful and kind. I ordered a small "get meaty" to go. They said it would be 20 to 30 minutes and it felt like it was only a 10 minute wait. Since it was my first time she took time to share some history about the company and their quality process. They get all their meats from Chicago. The dough is from a central location so they can keep all the food consistent. She offered me beer, Pepsi or water while I waited. The small pizza was on a still plyable thin crust..not cracker hard except a little crunchy on the crust. The meat toppings were generous and it all held together nicely. It was very tasty and filling. I can't remember a better pizza so I'd say it was top notch!

This is some of the worst Italian I've ever had. The outside was burned, the inside soggy and nearly tasteless. Like they didn't even use seasoning. After a few bites, I chose to eat some cold Costco pizza straight out of the fridge and it was so much better (even though it's not even an Italian place) that it was pretty sad. It took me days to finish eating this Calzone and I hated every bite, but continued because I really don't like to waste food. If you want a good Calzone go to Floridino's. I will never suggest this place to anyone. Especially after growing up eating Italian on the east coast. This place would not survive there.

Been here 4x due to it being closer to the house rather than the Tempe location . Will NOT be coming here again . Everytime we come we are told different things about reservations at this location (they do and don't take reservations) Came into this location tonight 2/8 there is a 5 min wait (party of 3) - turned into 20 due to other reservations that came late (bigger & smaller parties) and they still got seated first.

Not to mention server has little to NO conversation with us but does with EVERY other table. She just dropped our stuff off (drinks, pizza tray) & walks away . (POOR customer service ) . Manager comes by to talk to us about the mix up information about reservations- tell him about the experience we have tonight - nothing changed the experience we had tonight. Server comes by grabs drink to refill them, drop them off and we say "thank you ". Waitress ugh huh and walks off. Asks if we need a box . The service and management is BEYOND POOR here.

I will ABSOLUTELY give it to the manager at Tempe and their employees. 💯 I will make the drive to the Tempe location due to bigger restaurant & seating people accordingly. Servers actually having customer service skills at this location & if there is an inconvenience the manager/servers fix the issue on the spot and make it a better experience...

There is no question that the pizza and wings we ordered were tasty. Unfortunately, it was everything else that made this place a big disappointment. I ordered online for pickup- hr wait. No problem, 50 mins later I head that way to only need another 20 mins to find a parking spot. I'm stressed thinking my pizza would be cold to see at least 8 other people waiting a minimum of 40 mins past their pickup time. I was finally able to make my way through the line to hear its not ready yet. I observed one guy with two hand full of tickets, with a lady saying just refire these....I'm told we will call your name when it's ready. I had to check back again (30 mins later), I'm now am now more than hr half past my time...only to be told oh its right here. I literally was standing in eye contact site the entire time. This was the same lady who told me, I'll call your name when it's ready. The pizza was good but the service and parking were atrocious. I won't be back, it's a horrible experience, and no food tastes that good that I'd want to go through that again. To the Managers or owners of this place...I suggest you go undercover boss and see this through the eyes of the customer... Success is more...

I will say we enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant. I called ahead to see if they took reservations to which they said they do not for dinner. Upon checking in we were told an hour wait. We stood inside the restaurant to wait. Looking around we noticed there were 4-5 open tables. After waiting about 15 min and noticing they weren’t seating anyone I asked if they were seating at all the tables. They said that those tables were reserved. Funny since they don’t take reservations. They had high tables around the bar area but when asking about those they said they were open but we’d have to wait to see if the bar tender could handle anyone else in the bar. A few min later others walked in and asked about the bar to which they were seated. We were seated about 40 mins after arriving at the restaurant. For some reason we were seated ahead of others waiting before us. They had several tables that were “reserved” that sat open for at least an hour before they utilized those tables. All I could say is the front end of the restaurant is completely mismanaged. I won’t go back and waste my time standing around when they have open tables and no clue how to...
