I cannot believe what I witnessed here today. A young driver cut about 4 cars in line and the staff at the drive thru completely laughed it off. During that time customers are yelling at each other. While watching this young lady ordering she is having a full on conversation with staff like she knows them personally, at this time there are no cars in front of her and she is still having conversation. When my turn to order, I can witness and hear the employees through the monitor laughing about the people yelling. Not once did a staff member ever apologize to the customers who have been waiting over 20 minutes in line. At the pick up window, again she is having personal conversation and having people wait and Starbucks employees are just laughing and taking there time being completely inconsiderate to those waiting. When I got to the window to get my order the staff was still laughing that people were upset and discussing the issue, not once apologized. Read moreWent here today with my husband, he ordered a tall Frappuccino and the cashier/barista, a young girl gave him his drink which seems not to have any coffee/espresso in it. My husband was about to let it go and go to another starbucks, but after tasting it, I told him to go ask them to fix it. This time, a young man barista apologized and made him the Frappuccino. There was another lady ( a supervisor, maybe) who was talking with him through the headset, and was asking him how much of it did my husband drink? How about apologize for their mistake?
Overall, very rude and terrible customer service.
Also, I had to use the restroom, and they had both restroom doors opened for cleaning and unable to shut. I had to use the restroom with the door wide open. Other starbucks clean batrooms one at a time. This location restricting customers from using restrooms during business hours is unacceptable.

While a portion of this was my fault I believe in customer service at the end of the day.
I went into my app to order ahead as usual and clicked checkout assuming(like I said partially my fault) it would be ready for pick up.
Go to pickup in store notice that it was not available so generally you can go to the drive thru....so waited another 10-12 minutes explained to them I ordered etc.
Get to the window and now figured out my order is at another location and was ready 35 minutes ago.
Instead of just remaking the drinks there the lady then told me I have to go to other location to pick up.......then get to other location have deflated drinks of which they didn't offer to remake.
Like I said I take partial blame not double checking location and mobile ordering glitches, but had my home store as the default favorite, but at the same time customer service is key such a simple solution to...
