Better Buzz Coffee Gilbert — Restaurant in Gilbert

I have been a fan of Better Buzz Coffee since earlier this year when I tried their other locations. I was super excited when this one opened up! Today was my first day ever dining inside a Better Buzz, and we had stayed for about three hours. The inside is well lit and nicely decorated. There is free public wifi which is a bonus and nice bathrooms. The music is also pretty loud on the inside which isn’t always bad but most people sitting inside were either studying or chatting so it does make it hard to hear one another. Although the drinks were not bad, they tasted different from the regular drinks we have gotten from the other AZ locations. Most of the service was just okay (granted they were busy), and if you are coming here with more than one person just know that the tables are rather small.

I enjoyed the food at this location, but the real star was Marshaun! From the time we entered to when we left, Marshaun constantly greeted people with a big smile and welcoming energy and was the only employee to greet customers while we were there. Even on break, they still told us to enjoy and then asked us how we were doing periodically. Super kind person and made the experience overall much more...

We had just heard about Better Buzz on a news story this morning so I decided to see what the hype was about. I must have timed our visit perfectly with no wait at the counter inside. I figured with no previous experience I was hoping speaking to someone inside would help decide on our choices of drinks. Our server Shay didn't offer much help in our choices and frankly seemed annoyed that I took a little bit longer to order while more customers got in line behind me. He seemed distracted and I had to repeat myself while his attention was focused elsewhere. I finished paying and without a thank you he started helping the next customer. The drinks were prepared quickly and definitely were enjoyed but the transaction at the counter could have definitely been better especially with spending close to $40 on 4 drinks. The food and drinks are amazing but unfortunately I did not have a good experience with the workers. I came through the drive through on Sunday around 11am and the line was about 7-8 cars long and when it was my turn, I was being yelled at by the workers to pull all the way up. The reason I didn’t pull all the way up to begin with is because there is an opening where cars need to leave and come in from and people usually leave a gap there so cars can get through but I was being yelled at. The worker asked me if I had a phone number but I couldn’t remember if I had been to another location so I said “I’m not sure but you can try one” and she said she already left that screen so she wasn’t able to put my number in for the order and was told that I should just get the app for next time.
