I had over 600 points and I had an offer for a free sandwich for 200 points I went to the app put the sandwich on my membership card and she scanned it at the window. They said itâs not working. She scanned my code again and I wanted to get the free fries day. They offered on the app, but she said you have to purchase something to get the free sandwich and Iâm like that doesnât make any sense. I gain the points to get the free why should I have to buy something ? I . Had her take the fries off ( thinking that was the problem) . with just the free sandwich for 200 points.    Read moreI was looking for my review from 5/10/2024, then I remembered I went directly to corporate. I got a call from the owner of this store. Nice guy. He apologized for his crazy manager and told me he'd give me a free meal at his other store. I never took him up on that.
The short story - At the drive thru the early 20-something manager asked me to pull ahead and wait for my order. I said, "No thanks". Her brain froze up. She said I was "rude", and I was, "banned from the store" and "wouldn't be getting my food" that I already paid for. I never swore or raised my voice. I sat right there as the line grew behind me. Finally, she decided to give me my food and I was on my way. Craziest Gen Z person ever. She's probably a district manager by now.

   Read moreThis was a borderline terrifying experience for me. First, everything was cool with respect to what you would expect in a drive through experience. However, the manager was nuts. Again, my experience was fine with respect to the service and product I received. But when I got to that window, there was clearly a menopausal woman with mismatched meds going nuts on everything. I sat at the drive through for 8 minutes while this woman yelled at everyone what to do as everyone stood still waiting for orders. It was borderline terrifying to watch. I became especially scared when a cell phone began to ring on top a counter near the register rang. I did not want to be there for this. It rang 6x before the manager answered and hung up.
