Zinburger (Gilbert) — Restaurant in Gilbert

Zinburger is the hipster burger joint. Clear and simple. That said, it gets the good rep it has for a number of clear reasons. First, the food is fresh, cooked and plated perfectly and always tastes like they intended to make something special happen. The menu is actually quite focused. It is not so spartan that it is obnoxious, it is just pared back enough to highlight their main and plain. And what is their "main and plain". Simple- great burgers.

The beef is perfect, cooked and served hot, and always tastes fresh. I have been to both the Scottsdale and Gilbert locations and they both stay on point with the results put out by the kitchen. I've said it once, and I'll say it a million more times- the key to great restaurants begins with serving the food HOT. It is a simple credo, but so many places don't stay on top of that. Zinburger is the exception in that regard. I've never had a meal where the burger and amazing fries weren't piping hot. Even if everything else was just on par, this makes all the difference in the world.

That said, their custom truffle fries are something worth spending calories for. Olive oil sizzled with a touch of cheese garnish on the fries is about as wonderful as you can get for french fries.

The staff is always great, and sets and serves you efficiently. I feel like they care about each patron and treat folks well. Occasionally, I notice servers tend to pay a little less attention to us if our table is not drinking alcohol. This doesn't happen the majority of the time, but since we normally don't drink alcohol, I do notice how restaurants treat those that do/don't differently. It isn't something I would complain about since it is only occasional. I just think it is probably a subconscious thing with wait staff (having family members who work as waiters, I understand)-- they work harder when the bill is bigger and it gets bigger fast with alcohol flowing.

Overall, Zinburger is the best burger place you can go to, if you want an upgrade in ambience and even a date location for you and that someone special. The food is great, staff is wonderful, ambience is hip and the prices are reasonable. I will continue to return to this excellent upscale...

Guys..... I am extremely blown away by the amazing service provided by LEILANI. she is truly the Best in class for service. I recommend she trains all other locations or sister locations on Serving & possibly even handle onboarding new people. I'm sure all staff is nice, but Leila I is who we will probably call and check to see if she is working before we come in.

She was sweet, helpful, engaging, made AMAZING recommendations, & quick. I met DOM today who was the manager on duty and he was so kind and wonderful, he takes care of business and is very caring towards customers.

I sat outside with my family. They treated my children kindly and this means a lot to people like us. We also called Josh to come so we could express how amazing and perfect service was..Historically service in arizona has been subpar and barely any kindness, but this business has re-instilled faith in humanity and kindness within food and beverage.. This business deserves to flourish and really become a spot for dinners, beers, sports etc.... the burgers are amazing. Hands down the best & the Kitchen staff did really amazing with my BYOB burger.

I would recommend : BYOB with: LTO + Chipotle Mayo + 1000 island + roasted Jalapeños + Havarti cheese

And finally ....

The show stopper:!!! Truffle Fries !!!!......I HAVE NEVER had fries this good and I have had Amazing poutine fries, I have had Sweet potato fries, Greek fries, zucchini fries, all of the fries.... this is hands down the best.

Please support this business, they deserve it, the place is clean, air conditioning nice and cool, the day was hot but the patio was Breezy and misty. I say this time and time again, good service can keep me coming back even if the food is not great or medium standard (this place was Great) but the service is what does it for me. I would much rather have great service above all else.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar in Gilbert, AZ, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The ambiance is modern and inviting, with a casual yet sophisticated vibe that makes it perfect for any occasion.

I decided to try the California Burger bowl and paired it with their refreshing peach lemonade. The California Burger bowl was absolutely delightful! It featured a perfectly cooked burger patty on a bed of fresh greens, topped with avocado, tomato, cucumber, and a tangy vinaigrette that tied all the flavors together beautifully. The ingredients were fresh, and the combination was not only delicious but also felt healthy and satisfying.

The peach lemonade was a real treat as well. It had the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, making it a refreshing complement to my meal. It was clear that the lemonade was made with real peaches, adding an authentic and delightful flavor that elevated the entire dining experience.

The service at Zinburger was top-notch. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were refilled promptly and checking in to make sure everything was to our liking.

In addition to the excellent food and service, the restaurant was impeccably clean, and the atmosphere was lively but not overwhelming. It’s clear that Zinburger takes pride in maintaining a high standard of quality across all aspects of their restaurant.

Overall, my visit to Zinburger in Gilbert was nothing short of fantastic. The California Burger bowl and peach lemonade are highly recommended, and I can't wait to return to try more of their delicious offerings. Whether you're looking for a great spot for a casual meal or a special night out, Zinburger is the place to go. Five stars...
