We ordered at 6:30 pm. Called at 8:50, twice. Got hung up on the first time. We decided to drive in, seeing as the order is late and no one is picking up. We get there to see one employee in the front standing around. Then another employee in the back, on his phone. The phone itself is ringing nonstop. Another customer said he's been waiting a very long time as well. Only then, when I raised my voice to reach the employee in the back about the phone ringing and that it was probably MY CALL on hold, did he come up to the front. His excuse was that one driver got into an accident and that is why he was on his phone and they weren't on time with anything. Now, I'm fairly reasonable. But 2.5 hours late to deliver a pizza a mile down the road is more than a bit ridiculous. I asked for the manager whom I know by name and that seemed to spur the workers into doing their job. But I called that person on their cell, and they weren't working. My question is, why did the employee only comp the meal AFTER it was asked for by us, and even then, begrudgingly? We need to retrain the employees for better customer service and have more staff on call? Even for a small town, this experience has lost my...

The employee put me on hold to figure out why I had not received my order. He comes back on the phone to explain to me that the order was still at the location and that they would give me a $25 credit for the inconvenience but did state that the order would be going out. I waited until 10:45 pm to try calling as I still had not gotten my delivery. I was on hold for 25 mins and no one answered. I also noticed that on Google this location has MANY reviews of this exact thing happening where they don't receive their delivery and no one ever answers the phone. I will be contacting the corporate office on Monday. I fully understand why this company has a 1 star rating if these complaints don't result in any...

Employee also rushed me to order was extremely impatient and kept asking me what my order number would be, I wanted to sit down with my family to look over the menu.
