BurgerSear — Restaurant in Gillette

Firstly, I’d like to say that I’ve worked in food service and am the first person to understand situations happen. But I ordered my burger without mayo and add bacon, and when I got my order discovered mayo (and no bacon) on my burger. Upon taking my order up to the counter and asking about the mayo, the girl just stood there and looked at me.. I got the impression she was uncomfortable and didn’t know what to say. After a moment of this hesitation, the cook came up and asked what was up, so I proceeded to tell him there was mayonnaise on it, and I can’t have mayo, and that I’d asked for no mayo. He begrudgingly said he’d make another. Much later I got my burger- taking about 3 times the length of time it took to make our burgers in the first place. Overall, I felt very uncomfortable and awkward. It is not my fault she didn’t convey that I asked for no mayo. As he was walking away the girl apologized and said it was her fault. Idk if she was new or what, but it was the most awful experience I’ve ever had. And the food was sub-par at best . $40 for 2...

First time visiting and I must say I was blown away with the food and the service if I live near here I would probably eat here at least 2-3~times a week. Visiting from Montana. My Garlic mushroom beyond patty Mo was the best vegetarian burger I have ever had. will definitely be recommending to friends and family...
