Drive through is evidently the way to go.

I got the notification that they had begun prepping the pizza on the tracker app. In the picture you can see that 40 minutes later nothing changed. I actually stopped in as there may have been a technical issue. They informed me that they had prioritized delivery and that I had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes. They do not do the orders in order of their arrival evidently. I found this to be highly unsatisfactory. I’ve used the app and ordered pizza here a great number of times. I’ve only ever encountered a snafu one other time. That was immediately rectified at the time to my satisfaction. I like many other people have decreased fast food ordering due to cost. So this rare treat was spoiled because they decided to screw over the non-delivery orders. This is going to make my use of this app or food service decrease to special occasion only with ample...

With both of us working full time, it's good to give our kitchen (and the cook) a break. Domino's Pizza is one of our "order-out" places for hot, fresh food. Order ahead by calling and pick it up at the window or have it delivered. Download the phone app or go online to order. The lobby is closed, obviously due to Covid-19 restrictions yet, It does not appear the business is hurting. There are many delivery drivers working every evening and, if you happen to pick up your order at the window, wait time is minimal. Great pizza at reasonable prices. There is so much more than pizza. Scrumptious crisp salads, piping hot breadsticks, a variety of hot sandwiches, boneless chicken with dipping sauces, and more! Top it off with a desert... Yeah, they got those too! Ordered online for in-store pickup, get there and can see my completed order sitting on the rack through the locked door, and 2 employees inside. I knocked once, and the guy looked at me, and kept sweeping, knocked again and he yelled go away. Finally the girl came over and let me in to pick up my food and was told they lock the lobby at 10 even though it shows open online. This isn't the case, because I frequently order through this store and it's never been locked before. When I went back to speak to the manager, I found out the girl is the manager - so there's no resolution. I don't do drive thru because it's a pain getting large boxes through a car window.
