The beat authentic Mexican in town. The best margaritas, combined with the best food. Do not try Las margaritas in town, this place is the best. Las Margaritas were diluted in comparison when it came to drinks and the tacos were 3 times more filling here at Encantos. I will ONLY GO TO ENCANTOS FOR MY TACOS AND MARGARITAS. One margarita was the same as their sample margarita plus a cucumber margarita in comparison. The beans and rice were so much better. I am appalled with the 75 dollars I spent in comparison to the 60 I spent here. The food for two was 44. The service and food SOOOOO GOOD AT ENCANTOS... NO LESS THAN A 15 DOLLAR TIP WAS ACCEPTABLE. ENCANTOS WAS AMAZING AND WORTH THE EXPERIENCE. I WILL ONLY GO HERE FOR MY MEXICAN...

Second time I’ve been there and I was pretty disappointed with the food I ordered a seafood burrito that was advertised to contain shrimp scallops and crab meat and peppers it was a fairly large burrito however there were no scallops or crab present and there were only six shrimp in it and their was even a shrimp tail thrown in as a garnish it was served with two fairly rich sauces made of different ingredients one white and one red I found the flavors rather conflicting and was not happy with meal at all . Gillette has become a rather competitive market for New Mexican flavored restaurants with several on the north side of town like albertanos where I’ve had several good meals I won’t be returning to encanto...

Had lunch here today, 05/22/25. If I could give them a 0 stars I would. I had the Pollo Asado. The Pollo (chicken) should have been called chicken jerky, dry and flavorless. The refried beans were cold, flavorless and had the consistency of diarrhea. My wife had one of the beef burritos. She said it was absolutely flavorless. Her beans and rice were the same as mine. I have ate Latin American foods in numerous countries from Bogata, Columbia north. This was the worst...and I have ate in some dives. We had the short dumpy waitress with the dyed hair.
