We placed an order for delivery and unfortunately we had to have them redone which leads us to this review... So everyone has those "Monday" days, right? Everyone has days where they make mistakes or things just don't go like they should? It's how we handle those mistakes that set us apart. A million thanks to the crew at Pizza Hut tonight. Starting with the guy who took my call. Those calls aren't easy. People don't call to tell you guys you're doing a great job and you've just made their night... No. They call to yell at you and tell you that you've just ruined dinner, the 3 year old is running down the hall screaming bloody murder with ketchup on her head and grandma had a stroke because... olives? Its all your fault!! Why oh why did you put olives on our pizzas?!... Yikes... The man who answered my call was cool and collected, got the relevant information (who was I, what did I order, what did I get, where did I live) apologized for the mistake, without sounding condescending, and said he would have fresh pizzas sent right out. One thing I very much appreciated from him was the use of the word "we". As in "what mistakes did we make when we were making your pizzas?" He never once blamed the cooks for making them wrong or anything like that. I feel like he is very much a team player and I respect that. Next, to the cooks, thank you! The remakes were perfection. They were actually the best pizzas we have ever had from any Pizza Hut. And last but not least, to John, our delivery driver, you are fantastic! I'm not sure how it works, but I'm sure doing a delivery for an order remake isn't fun. Especially one as far out as we are and for what I'm sure you thought was for nothing! (I was on the phone when you arrived. We will make it right, I promise!) I'm sure you knock on the door expecting a chilly reception, at the very least. Read moreBeen waiting over 1 hour 35 minutes so far on a Tuesday night. Store won't answer when trying to connect to them and the call center can't even reach them. MY KIDS ARE HUNGRY and I can't even cancel to get a refund. This store is a JOKE! Avoid ordering here.
Update: Took almost 2 hours to finally get the pizza. All I ordered was a pizza and breadsticks for my kids. I ended up cooking dinner for the kids, since I couldn't get refunded or reach the store. The driver said, I don't know about that, I just go in and get the pizza and go. Not the drivers fault though, she was understanding. Call Center said that they couldn't help and I would have to call corporate tomorrow for a refund, since they couldn't...

Trying to pretend like they didn't see me so I got my stuff and handled it myself Edit: just called em. (Months later) Musta cleaned house and hired actual people. The guy on the phone wasn't a spiteful nasty troll. Food came in good time as well. Im changing the ONE star review to a FOUR. Second edit from the same night. I ordered wings.
